Do ya think there is enough leadership on this team to get to the next level..Every championship team has vocal and non vocal leaders..Man this hasn't been an issue for a while.. But i am starting to think we are lacking a bit in that department.

It's up to Ben, Pouncey, and Heyward the captains.

I'd like to see AB become a great leader.

If you're talking about the coaching. Honestly, I really don't see much there.

The coaches, especially the most important spot - head coach - have this facade of great leadership, but it's all fake. I don't see genuine leadership there. I think Heyward has some legit leadership traits, but I think Pouncey is kind of a fraud there too.

Veteran leadership is overrated imo. Eagles had none and won. We had a 15 year veteran crying about PT and sleeping in meetings.

I don't believe vet leadership is overrated. How ever i do believe the Eagles did it with very little.I do believe they had a more disciplined coaching staff which is somewhat difficult to swallow.James was Never a leader of men.A damn good player, but he lead more by example. You typically either have that in ya ,or ya don't..The antics he pulled this season a true leader wouldn't do.

Eagles did it because Vikings were paper tigers.
The fans scared them off the bus.

What would you need to see in order to think there was good coaching leadership?

Not a loaded question, genuinely interested.

The Steelers had enough leadership to win a lot of games last year. Leadership isn't or wasn't the issue. Leadership wasn't going to make up for the loss of Shahzier. The issue was how the defense and offense performed vs the Jags. Some people love to fabricate issues to create controversy.

I do too, but that window has shut. Too many good, up and coming teams that will be better than the Steelers in the AFC.

No they had a lot of TALENT to win a lot of games..Leadership comes into play when you have idiots talkin **** out side locker rooms
No they had enough TALENT that won them ALOT OF GAMES. Leadership comes into play when you have vets sleeping through meetings, players crying on social media to be traded, takin bonehead penalties over and over again, and so called leaders hangin out talkin **** outside the other teams locker room..sound familiar? People need to put down the Kool-Aid and open their eyes...Everyone needs to be accountable and working toward ONE thing....A LOMBARDI...

A much more disciplined team both on and off the field. Pretty hard to do though in this day and age. The odds are definitely stacked against nearly every coach out there.

    Not with tomlin+ ben.

Ill take that to the bank.

Why do I still watch? I love the organization and love watching them play.

We will win another in the next era for sure

Dan Rooney gave up a third round draft pick in 1998 rather than go back on his word to one of his players. That's leadership.

Look at the history of the league. I can point to multiple examples of players that did "things" throughout the history of the league. People are going to talk or do "things" regardless of leadership. That's life.
