A true professional honing his craft. All the while someone is rapping about being disrespected and wanting 17 mill...

    Bell needs to emulate that.

We all know how great AB is....I'm wondering how many more years you think he can sustain this level of play. The reason why I'm asking is because with the notion of drafting a QB now in the 1st round that will in all likelihood be sitting behind Ben for the next 3 years, what kind of offense would this QB be walking into. Would it be a offense without Bell and a fading AB? Things change quick in the NFL and while I understand you have to keep a eye out for the future. It really is a year by year league. Just a thought and some ammo for those who want to draft to win now....and worry about finding Ben's replacement later. This team is certainly built for the now and if we can solidify the D we can win it all........now.

I would not call Antonio Brown just the best receiver in the league but rather the hardest worker and grinder in the league; position being irrelevant. He either is never satisfied or will find something that he considers unsatisfactory to work on.

I serverly doubt that few players could keep up with his work ethic sans the likes of Aaron Donald, Khalil Mack, etc. Only players of such caliber can keep up with him.

Antonio has played 8 years. Jerry Rice played 18+. So, I’m going with 10+ more.

I can remember, you all dogging AB out when he was trying to get his money as well. Pay Bell or let him go. The steelers organization put themselves in this position. Now deal with it. You create the monster ... then complain when the monster gets out of control.

I did some dogging as it seemed out of character for AB and unneeded to boot. Different lanes here in comparison. Bell ain't AB and it isn't even close.

I'll personally dog anybody on the team for being an idiot... just me and what I do don't matter to any of them. I'll also let them out of my personal dog house when I can dig em again.

AB threw a temper tantrum, got put on blast with it and moved on.

Bell got a few issues and thinks he is above all of em... Now Playing victim without being a realist. Again, just my opinion but it's pretty obvious in my mind to see the difference in who has played it right/earned his/ deserves the fan base/puts in work and is TEAM oriented/in love with self... and who has been dissing on everyone but his own hope and self adoration and ignoring why people are asking dafuq with this kid?

Bell is the best back on the game today bar none. Our Steelers have made some qiestionsble decisions in the last 3yrs. and this one being one of them. You let him hit the free agent market and you will really hate him. Players want to get paid, now, how much and how far are you willing to drag this out? Like I said, pay the man or move forward. Either way, Bell ... Will make out like a bandit.

I believe this is exactly what the Steelers are methodically doing. They will try to work out a long term deal. Otherwise they will pay him $14.5mm and move on. In my option, this isn’t being dragged out. It’s just being handled one step at a time.
