That's what everyone here does except a select few. They think it's a good thing we have continued with this current regime to come up short but then will say look our record when the only 2 two elite teams we played in the AFC we lost to EVERYTIME. of course we are good enough to beat the decent- average level teams.

 

Div. 1? If not, it's just glorified high school, if we want to be real. If you are telling us you are a starter at Alabama, OSU, LSU, FSU, MI, or another legit contender then kudos. If we are talking non Div. 1 ball, we are basically still talking high school.

It is D1 but lol what? So Malcolm butler( a player better than everyone on the Steelers secondary right now) played d2 and he's better than all these Steelers players in the secondary by playing glorified high school? That's interesting good and to know.

 

Huh? What do you mean by phasing there success and what do you consider success? To some people here succss is going to the playoffs. And on the phase point I think those people just are viewing things OBJECTIVELY and alot of it is good analysis overall team wise alot of teams have gotten better in comparison to pitt.

 

So what. Jones was one player and didn't start most of the time. Mitchell started because that was the best we had at the time, which I agree wasn't much. We wanted a safety last year in the draft but every round the good ones were taken right before we picked. Besides that Mitchell had a much better year in 2016 then he did in 17. Why would they think he would be this bad last year? Maybe they were expecting he and Davis could gel better. As much grief as Davis gets for one play against gronk, the kid had a pretty good year. He led us in tackles and picks. If anyone should have gone last year it was moats. He did nothing for us. Again, who are we going to cut now for more money? Not guys from two years ago but now on this team as we sit. I say we have made moves already to improve. Coaches and dumping players. Now what?

 

First person I've seen note that players may not want to play for us not only that I see alot of players saying we are treating Leveon badly..

 

Because that's what our whole team did including our head coach he literally said an in interview it' us and ne. Butler all last off-eason kept talking about how we are going to do this and that vs ne. Leveon, Mitchell, heyward etc... all kept talking about NE,NE,NE when they weren't even worried about us...

 

There is a star QB in Philly that will argue you're stance on that. Wasn't Hargreaves from S.Carolina St.? Matt feiler from Bloomsburg? No you are very wrong about this argument. There are a lot of players that are from small schools in the NFL.

Anyone can take snips of conversations and make them controversial and it works. There are entire businesses that are dedicated to twisting you’re mindset. Always do your homework and be informed.
