Also alot of people care. Look at how Barry switzer is viewed because he won with Johnson's players.. lol it does matter but of course it wouldn't to a tomlin fan boy like yourself.

 

If Cowher was so great why didn't he win more than 1 SB?

 

Because he was bad at drafting qbs until Ben. He built great rosters he just sucked at picking qbs. Look how close we came with kordell Stewart and maddox.... hell he took bum Neil to the sb in 94... And I never said cowher was "Great" but he's far better than tomlin especially at evualting talent.

 

Cowher teams was better at acquiring talent on defense, Tomlin teams better on offense. I don't give either of them that much credit for it, it's more the work of the scouts and GM.

 

But cowher still acquired at least some good offensive pieces. Hines ward, bettis, Plaxico Burress, faneca, heath miller..
