Chickillo will go off to New Engalnd and become the next Mike Vrabel.

    That will be our luck.

That'll involve an enormous amount of PEDs. Like the kind horses and Vrabel took.

Can't remember exactly which game it was last season but late in the game the other team kept running to Chickillo's side and he was just totally lost over there and couldn't stop the RB and we ended up losing a close game, it must have been the Chicago game.

I don't think he would be much of a loss.

Pretty much everyone looked lost in the Chicago.

We need to keep him for depth for now.

Pretty much anyone is a lost considering the only option is the draft

Not sure I understand the "concern". He had 14 tackles last year..... 1.9m low offer.... who's gonna offer more for 14 tackles? We have the right to match, so it seems like little to be concerned with.

He's on a one year deal. Is it ok for Chick to sit out camp?

Chick isn't a franchise player who is in line for a 50-60 million dollar contract .

Yeah, but he needs a long term contract too. He's got bills too. Boz should probably skip camp too.

Those guys aren't comparable to Bell, in case you didn't know football is a business. Bell skipped camp last year and the team still went 13-3 .

Are you friggin serious right now? First off I'm obviously being sarcastic. Second don't come at me with the " in case you didn't know" nonsense.
Third if anything those guys need the security more than Bell.

I think that was when he had injured his ankle. he came out for a bit, but had to go back in. not sure what was wrong with Watt.

not sure I like the original round tender. I get it about the pay tables, but you do not have much at OLB and he's been improving each year.

Yeah, I remember something about him coming out of the game then. I usually like it when these late round guys get a chance to play but not in close games. The Bears just kept running at Chickillo's side and he just could not defend the edge. He was moving around, I think trying to inside pass rush the LT, but it was letting the RB just go right on by and run away, over and over and over again.

I just think Chickillo is someone we can replace with a 5th or later pick in the draft, or even an UDFA.

Worley was like that his first few years here. He was always caught inside and they ran around him.

Steelers need new blood at OLB and ILB. Keep Watt, use Williams as a backup at ILB. Scrap the rest.

Am I missing something? Tim Worley was a RB, was he not? Did you mean Woodley? I'm confused.

Shows how sad this is when we have to tender players who will make less than 5 mill....

Part of the problem of having QB, WR and RB asking for more than 15 mill a year.
