Kamara was a 1st rd back. But again. They are starters. Conner was never a starter

The Steelers won more with Rashard Mendenhall and Willie Parker than they ever have with Bell.

Difference being Bell holds much more value to the team then JH and Blount.

Hunt was drafted in the 3rd round. That kid doesn't know what he's talking about.

My bad I had him confused with Clement from Philly I forgot hunt was the 3rd rounder and he was the one who was UNDRAFTED. All better than connor.

Kamara was a 3rd round pick and he DOESN'T START. Mark Ingram is the starter... Corey Clement from philly played behind 2 former pro bowlers and he looked better and made more plays than Connor did.

Sorry you are right on that. I meant he is a first round back and by that i thought he was the best back in the draft. I watched him a tennessee every week. I dont watch the saints but i kniw he started a monday night or sunday night game i watched.

I aint giving on conner yet.

With Bell being tagged at 14.5 million this for sure should lead to Mike Mitchell being released, they need the cap space for free agency.

There’s not much value if he refuses to sign. He does have the bad attitude that JH and LB had though.

Cut him loose. We don't need the attitude or extreme price tag. Sign a couple of the solid vet RBs around and use the savings to add to the D.

True. Mendenhall had some attitude problems and was benched a few times by Tomlin and rightfully so. Still... nothing compared to Bell's drama. Same thing with Parker and all of his talk about rushing titles. Tomlin made Parker STFU really quick with the fact the Steelers are here for Lombardis, not rushing titles. Tomlin should discipline Bell by cutting his ass, drop the franchise tag and draft a RB in round 2 or 3. Bell will be like Santonio Holmes... wanting to come back to the Steelers after a couple of years playing for a lesser team. Only difference... Holmes had a ring and excellent playoff performances to fall back on. Bell will have nothing.

We also had hall of famers on defense. We have zero now.

I may be the only one who is ok with this. It’s business. He will stay in shape and will come ready to play. Sure, it would be nice to have him for practice with the new OC, but it’s not like the playbook or terminology will change. No reason for him to take a chance on getting hurt without a long term contract. To me, this is a non issue.

I was on that side of the argument last year. After seeing how he started the season, Ive changed my tune. Yes, they won those games but what if he starts slow again but they dont win those games this time.

I understand his point of view about not wanting to get hurt, my beef is sign the more than fair contract you have been offered and get your ass to camp, be a team player and stop being a distraction.

Just stop with all the bs. Sick of his act.

I’m just thinking it’s not a true distraction for anyone other than us on a message board. Players, coaches and owners understand it’s a business. To them, they just deal with it and move on.

Maybe but he should be there. Coaches have a problem with it. I think some players have an issue with it and some don't. Id bet money DD, Pouncey and others who have spoken out about selfishness have a problem with it. Ben indicated he should be there last year.
