It may have already been discussed and if so, sorry. I have read a couple of reports that the packers have offered him for bryant. When i was reading it, i was like hell yeah. I know that is the bama fan in me though

Has anyone watched him enough to know what he has been like in the pros. I know he made a pro bowl but one article i read was saying he needs to be moved. I know what colbert said but i think i would do it. Any thoughts?

 

Would do it in a NY minute. But I don't know why the Packers would trade a first round multi-Pro Bowl player for a 4th rounder one toke away from a lifetime ban. Similar age, both in the final year of their contracts.

 

Colebert said Bryant will not be traded

 

Rappaport said they want more weapons for rodgers. I know its just speculation on anyones part. If we could get a starting safety by trade, then we could draft bryants replacement. In a late rd. I just wish they could but know its a pipe dream

 

If Colbert said he would be traded, the price would go down. Everyone is trade bait, for the right price. Football is a business.

Yes it was mentioned in the Martavis Bryant trade rumors post.I only read one article from 247sports that mentioned it and I think the Packers would want more value than Bryant for Clinton-dix.Colbert said Bryant won’t be traded but for a 2016 pro bowler who’s only 25 he’d do it in a second!It sounds far fetched to me as the Packers are probably going to lose strong safety Morgan Burnett to free agency.Clinton-Dix was subpar in 2017 but still played almost every down two years in a row with the Packers!His 5th year option was picked up last May to play this year so it really doesn’t make sense!Maybe he stepped on some toes in January when he questioned some teammates abilities in different words than I can post here.He didn’t mention
names but I like the fact he wants to win and not just pick up a paycheck! Yes,the Packers need more playmakers for Rogers and we would jump at the opportunity for a free safety like that but it doesn’t sound realistic!If it went down I’d be ecstatic!!

Yes like Mailman said it was talked about in the MB thread and would be an massive trade for us, I would love it. However I read that the Pack has picked up his 5th year option so they say he won't be traded, you never know though...lol
