New d line coach and Mitchell will remain the assistant head coach.

This unit needs a fresh approach, a new voice. Grateful for John Mitchell. But it's time. Just need to jettison the OLB coach next...

Will Dunbar bring some of those stud Alabama D-linemen with him?

I hope he can teach the D-line how to stop the run .

He assisted in the University of Alabama's rankings in both rush defense and sacks in 2016; both best and fourth best respectively.

It looks like it's welcome back Karl Dunbar. According to his profile, the Steelers drafted him in 1990.

Seems that, much like Tom Bradley, Dunbar coaches up the fundementals but also adheres to the principles of one of football's most old known laws; stop the run to make them one dimensional.

I will personally appreciate the fact that Dunbar preaches the emphasis of not just attacking the offensive line but also maintaining and dictating the overall outcome of an offensive rushing play by maintaing the P.O.A. then being disruptive as opposed of the opposite.

Essentially, he is a mirror image of John Mitchell. As I see it, we added without subtracting anything.

Now that John Mitchell is with Tomlin, expect some more discipline to be dished out.

Just to tell u the kind of guy he is. He spent 30 min talking to us on a gameday on the way to a team breakfest. A couple of youth football coaches. Super nice guy and i couldnt be happier for him.

Can this young man bring Saban type discipline and accountability to

a whole defensive unit? I hope so, although the DL is the best unit at this time. Stephon

better get with it this year or they will unload your very fat contract.
