Dont think this is an official offer but he said it aint enough to run with the Jets.

 

And he is right they are in total rebuild mode and he knows if he stays here we have a shot at the SB every year......

I suspect if Bell had to choose between $60 mil and rebuilding with the Jets Or status quo in Pgh, he'd take the money and rationalize that his mere presence in NY would make them a contender and give then a SB Shot.

Fair enough, but he's still under the illusion that he'll get $60 mil like money here.

 

Who is their QB again? McCown actually had a nice season, considering his play makers were a dumpster fire; almost 3,000 yards, 18 TDs vs 9 ints. 94.5 rating. Robby Anderson a nice 2 or 3, but should not be your #1 WR in this league.

Personally I hope that we franchise him and someone outbids and we get two 1st round picks from them. The Steeler are not going to give him 60mill or whatever crazy number he has in that storm of a head of his. He wants to be paid wide receiver money.

Two 1st round picks would go along way in selecting the next franchise QB. Then of course they could also bomb on another OLB

Look friends, he is a major talent. But they will not overpay for him. Someone will.

This Offense is a powerhouse with or without him.

Just getting a bit tired of his act. He now is saying that some of his teammates were not prepared against Jax. Same guy who missed the walkthrough. Where is the filter? The maturity is no where to be found. Do you really think that the money will change him for the better?

One more year, fine. But be prepared for a holdout, and lot of whining. Sign him long term, mistake.

Again the media only share what they want to make the story juicy, on Friday on the NFL network he said it was about the guaranteed money, he wants to make sure it isn't just one year.

Yeah I was already in the let him walk camp. His little media sessions on Friday didn't change my mind at all. Would be nice if they could get something out of him after tagging him should it come to that but yeah I'm pretty over his act.
