Which coaches do you want to see gone?

These guys plus special teams coach Danny Smith, I haven't forgotten about him.

Grown-ass young men, likely coddled and/or catered for several years, suddenly rich, and being idolized to varying degrees.

Lots of posters here assert that coaches demand or instill discipline. That's my point here: create and enforce a culture of maturity, respect and discipline. Most players probably already fit right into it(*), but some others will need to be shaped.

(*) I always thought offensive linemen were the epitome of team-first players. Very little fame for them (other than within the league), never see them running ten yards into the backfield after a play to flex or showboat.

 

Looks like Haley is gone.

 

Just as teams are built from inside out so is your mentality. The lineman were always the leaders on every team i was a part of.

Had Haley been there next year, I wouldn't have been THAT upset, but I'm frustrated that Butler is still there. This D needs some new ideas and a new direction. Also, I think most of the staff on the D side of the ball needs to be replaced as well. Whatever message they're selling, this D isn't buying.

 

U want the leaders on your team to be the lineman. U want thst unselfish mentality that linemen have.

They are normally the most respected players in the locker room.

 

Couldn't get much worse. Peezy is better than Bud right now.
