For $10M, I would still dump Pouncey. That's a ton of money for someone who is better by reputation than actual play.

I voted Haley. With the footnote that goes down as an oxymoron - (some) people will scratch their heads and say "But he managed to put up 42 on the vaunted Jags D!". Sigh.

 

I think we hold on to Spence if we draft a starter. He's better backup than Matakevich.

With Ben coming back, I expect to keep Bryant. I also think that may be his best shot at a payday for 2019

 

I think we could fix the rush defense if we let Heyward, tuitt, Hargraves play like they were intended to play. 3-4 defensive lineman.
That being said you need those studs OLBs and ILBs. At least one of each. I know that is easier said then done.

My number one pick or free agent would be a pass rusher. I would do both. Because getting pressure on the quarterback will solve/cover up a lot in other errors.

 

After thinking a little bit more, I really want Martavis back next year (he's still under contract), and would like to see him a little bit further here.

Also, Carnell Lake should be replaced. And I've read that Ward could be in as WR coach...
