All signs say run the ball, and we will be fine.

I realized that after watching this weekend's games, that given a choice who to play, I would pick the Jags over the Titans. The Titans have a QB and RB, both with Heisman pedigrees, who came of age last weekend. The Jags have a Qb and Rb who looked bad last weekend. The only way the Steelers are going to lose is if they give it away, this game won't be taken from them.

sorry but I disagree. I don't look at previous games to predict future playing. Yeah there is a good chance he is probably going to be garbage but... tebow. lol

We'll destroy the Jagoffs and get some sweet revenge. No way we lose this one.

sorry what I meant to say previous games of that team/player.

For instance. Jax has looked like hot garbage these past weeks and only scored 10 points on buffalo at home. Now statistically we are a way better defense than buffalo and yet they held them to 10. So theoretically some people assume we will shutdown Jax for 10 or less since we are 1. a better defense and 2. playing at home in cold weather vs bortles.

I don't see that lol. I see a dynasty being born before us. Blake is like a young ben leading his team past a vet ben(manning).

43-6 Jags just because this year has been ridiculous.

    :)

Any given Sunday blah blah blah but there really is no reason the Steelers dont win this game convincingly.

The long layoff is a concern, might be a sloppy start just cant be 5 interception sloppy.

Bortles can run the ball, but he can't throw. It will catch up with him. The Jax O is pretty much Bortles, Fournette and Ivory. Stop those guys from running and it's an easy win. The question is... how many points can the Steelers offense score against the top 5 Jags D?

The Steelers' defense was a mess the second half of the season. The Bills were actually pretty good defensively.

Some of you act like the Browns game was some kind of aberration. The Steelers made bad offenses look good many times the second half of the season. They gave up big pass plays to mediocre quarterbacks and they struggled to stop the run all season.

Offense needs to step up and deliver at least 30 points.

It would be foolish to count on that against the Jaguars' defense.

You're putting way to much stock in a game that their coach conveyed is meaningless by resting its players. Yes, those kind of actions matter.

You have one valid point, the layoff. Otherwise this Jags team cannot handle Pittsburgh. Their run defense is the worst and trying to contain AB and Bryant deep with JuJu underneath while worrying about Bell? They won't do it.

Jags have no offense, Bortles wont beat him with his legs alone, he'll run for a few first downs, sure but wont be enough to inflict any real damage. He ran for more yards than he threw last week. 88 to 87. Let that sink in. I dont expect him to be that bad again but Steelers boast the 2nd best pass defense, some of you act like we are still dead last in that category.

As long as Steelers dont beat themselves, Jags dont stand a chance this game.

Bell, McDonald and James are key to success against Jags D. The Jags secondary will limit AB, JuJu and Bryant.

Teams that have scored 30+ vs Jags

    Titans 37
    49ers 44
Rams and cardinals have scored 27 vs them too.

The line on the Steelers game is giving 7.5 point to the Jags. I like the line so I had $1,000.00 put on the Steelers to win. I'm not liking the over/under at 41 so I'll pass on that bet for now'

The way I see this team is on offense and defense they have 2 dice. on 1 you have elite play and on the other you have awful play. Every play you roll the dice lol.

Seen it before. 1st down a tackle for loss. 2nd a huge sack. Then we give up the 3rd and 22 from missed tackles. then more missed tackles, then out of nowhere a pick.

If the Steelers offense scores at least 20 pts AND doesn't turn the ball over more than twice, we win this game.

20 degrees is cold if you are sitting in the stands. For a player, that is a decent temperature. Jack Lambert once said he thought the perfect temperature was 15 degrees.

I still expect to see your suggested diet.

The titans scored 37 against them early in the season and the niners scored 44 late in the season in week 16, based on that 81 point average we should get 40. I'm not sweating this game they can play loose and win it easily or they can choke and clean out their lockers after the game......
