Probably booked but SpringHill Suites Southside. Hofbrauhaus across the street. Hotel has a shuttle. He will drop you off close but getting back might be dicey. Might have to uber back or take the clipper and have him pick you up there.

Nope, all booked. Thanks for the info, though. May not be able to do it, last Southwest flight leaves at 5:40, definitely cutting it too close. Unless I fly back Monday....

Also, can’t remember, do they have lockers outside where you could store a backpack or small carry on bag at Heinz field?

Well, I'm a notorious cheapskate, but when I come in for the game, I stay close to the airport -- like the airport Hyatt -- and take the airport flyer bus in to downtown. It costs like 3 bucks. From there you can take the Metro across near Heinz field or, as I typically do, walk the bridge over to Heinz field. It's looking like a pretty brisk day on Sunday, but I'm going to brave it! GO STEELERS!

Same here man driving down from Toronto Saturday night.
I drove down last year got ticks 2 days before 40 yard line 15th row for 200 vs miami dolphins...

Tickets are very expensive right now I hope they drop.

I also used the app hotel now right after the game and it found me the hotel across the street for 110 for the night

Look in the Robinson area. May still be all booked up but it’s worth a shot.

I was in a somewhat similar situation when I decided to go to the AFC Championship game in 2009 against Baltimore. I can't remember if the hotels were all booked, or if they were really expensive, or both. Instead, I stayed near the airport in Moon Township and then rented a car. It worked out fine.

    Man it’s not cheap but
I stay at Wyndham downtown and walk through a nice park and then the bridge over to the stadium.

It’s right there and after u walk back u get your car out of the parking garage make a left and it’s a straight shot to the interstate and then about 15 miles to airport.
    You can’t beat it.

Looks like they have rooms for Saturday night.

Try the Springhill Suites in Pittsburgh Mills, or any of the hotels in Harmarville. They are just a straight shot down 28 to the stadium. Take an uber to and from and your set.

Doubt it. That sounds like a huge security risk.

There are no lockers. They tell you leave everything in your vehicle, or you will be forced to throw it away. Unless that it's an item that is allowed inside.
You are allowed clear bags as long as they are within the required size.

Yeah, well people pay $500-600 to be in walking distance and I hear there's no real sleep happening in those hotels. I get the same exact hotel for normally like $100-150. The hotel has a shuttle he'd get picked up eventually but the problem is everybody in the hotel is going to try to be on that 1st one out. That's why I was saying worst case, one way clipper then uber from there and it's a direct shot to the hotel.

Hell for that kind of coin. You can stay at my place, I'll cook you any meal you want, and you can ride with me and the wife to the game. LOL.
Bad part is you got to put up with a 4 year old and 6 year old.
