TJ Ward chose .....poorly

Whether you want to believe that the Steelers were a legitimate bidder for Ward's services in the days leading up to final cut down or not, the rumors were there. Especially after getting Haden and Mike Mitchell being gimpy the signing of two quality secondary players would have been a free agency home run. Ultimately Ward chose Tampa and more playing time on a one year deal and even more alarming he chose to get high .

Yep arrested this weekend for possession and possession of paraphernalia.

TJ Ward you chose poorly.

You know the guy who replaced JJ Wilcox

 

From what I recall from a player in the recent past, there are more than a handful of players out there now that are "this close" to getting busted for possession. It's just that most of them are smart enough to avoid it - others, not so much.

and he was pretty much a backup in TB I thought. Living in Denver these past couple years, he must've acquired a taste for the ole sticky icky.

 

Or he just realized that he was living in Tampa Bay.
