IF we made the Super Bowl, who don’t you want to see?

I know it’s really early to even discuss a possible SB run, but I want to talk about something other than James Harrison.

So, who from the NFC would you not want to see?

I think a matchup with New Orleans or Los Angeles could be a nightmare. Both teams could do a number on our defense, particularly the Saints.

On the other side of it, I’d love a matchup against the Panthers or Vikings.

    What do you guys think?

Saints. Brees has a good record vs. the Steelers over the years and it's a matchup nightmare for the Steelers D with Kamara running for huge chunks of yardage. It's not as bad as Patriots, but Saints have owned the Steelers a few times since Ben has been QB.

Hell.. the only year I remember Steelers beating the Saints since Ben has been QB... was the lackluster '06 season, Cowher's final season at HC. Tomlin is 0-2 vs. Saints.

AFC North plays NFC South in 2018, so hopefully we get the Saints at Heinz Field.

Agree Saints. That would be a bad matchup for our Defense. Anyone else I wouldn't have a problem with.

If Brown can get back to 100% or close to that , nobody will want to meet us.

The Rams, Gurley should be MVP this year.

Saints or Rams. Though I think the Rams fall early in the playoffs this year.

Saints would be hard matchup. Saints have two awesome backs, a future HOF QB who has won a Super Bowl, and Super Bowl winning coach., and their defense seems to have turn it around, after years of being god awful bad.

Wouldn't it be crazy if the Vikings made it. The Super Bowl is at their new stadium this year.

While I wouldn't really want to see the Saints, I think the team I'd like to see the least would be the Panthers. The Steelers generally don't do well against athletic QBs, and Cam could give this defense fits.

I'm convinced the Eagles with Wentz at QB would have won both home games they have clinched. No Wentz I can't see them making it. I live in the Eagles market and I would have been scared sh*#less if it was Eagles/STEELERS. Although I'm still hoping for a STEELERS/eagle SB. Thought it was going to happen in 08/09 season.

Sorry, but I have zero confidence we or anybody else can beat Aholes in Foxboro. At this moment I have the Aholes against the Vikings in the SB.

Our run D has been shaky and the eagles have two decent backs so I'd hate to face that and also would be scared of Brees. Really doesn't matter who we would play it would be nerve wrecking. I was convinced we would blow the Cardinals out and we saw how that went.

Saint or Vikings would be tough, Rams or Eagles would be a decent game.

Vikings in Minnesota, I probably wouldn't even watch that game.

Rams or Saints. Gurley and Kamara would be handful. Especially Gurley.

A running QB like Newton? No thanks - he'd kill us with 150 yds rushing and 4 TD's.

Don't really care who we see, I think our O can beat anyone if it's on.

I was concerned with Philly, but now I think there is very little chance they get to the S.B. I`m a bit worried about the Panthers because of Newton`s ability to run. I think we would do ok against the others.

Honestly, I don't think we match up well with any NFC team that will be in the playoffs.

It will be a tough game, but not impossible.

Worst matchup imo would be the saints. Although, the only defense in the NFC that can even dream of holding us under 30 is the Vikings... but I think we match up well with them.

Honestly the only team I don’t really want to see in the playoffs are the chiefs. I want Jacksonville and then the Pats. After beating the pats, I think we’d be really hyped and would crush whoever is in our way in the super bowl

The Saints are a team I wouldn’t want to play in the SB. With Kamara and Ingram plus Micheal Thomas on the outside. Of course Brees at QB. They have a way better defense than they have had in years this year. The Rams are no joke but it’s only Golf’s second season. So he might be a little shaky but you let Gurly loose that’s trouble. The NFC is loaded this year.

Really? We have a good record in the playoffs against the Chiefs. Plus the Jags had Ben running in circles when we played them. I live in Florida and see them all the time their really good. Bortles is actually playing halfway decent and that defense is legit. Plus Fournette is a beast.
