I'd rather have Bryant. He is just getting back to where he was late 2015.

Nah. Bryant is annoying sometimes, but he's not a "cancer."

Apple sucks, he has zero sacks, zero picks and zero everything else after 15 games, keep bryant at least he is stepping it up for the playoffs, and if AB doesnt return bryant is a must keep.......

He gets first round money, we have to pinch pennies to be able to sign Bell. We will get some dead money back from the LaDarious Green debacle next year, but we are going to need about $17 million to sign him because someone is going to give it to him. Brown makes that much so he has the right to demand it.

Confidence is a big part of a WR's and DB's game. Bryant's seems to be rising, where Apple's is falling and has been all season. I would pass.

Apple looked bad in the Giant games I watched. Burns is better than Apple. Steelers would be fools to trade Bryant.

I don't see the sense in this one. Haden is rock solid. Burns has been disappointing, but not nearly as bad as Apple. Sutton showed promise so far this season. Hilton is doing a great job as the slot corner and they have a developmental guy in Allen. Why would they want Apple?

I think we are just lucky that we never got the chance to draft Eli Apple.

Assuming you mean next year because the trade deadline for this year has come and gone.

Had to go back and look, because I thought he was on a one year deal. He's on a 3 year contract. Dudes making 9 mill a season!

Apple has been suspended by the Giants.
Why wouldn't they cut him so the Eagles could pick him up?

That doesn’t sound like a good trade for us. If we’re going to trade for someone, it better be a starting ILB or FS. Idk who would be available, but Martavis would be a solid trade piece. Maybe a him and a pick. Then we’d have to draft another WR in the mid rounds to help replace him (but we’d be crossing ILB/S off the list).

There are plenty of teams looking for a WR and a lot of them are out of the playoffs. Maybe a good veteran player could be had to shore up the loss of Shazier or add to the improving secondary....

It seems Apple is a failure, why would we want him? It`s a good lesson that picking a CB in the first round is a huge risk.

Plus, with AB's injury, Bryant is really important to this offense.

Any pick in the first round is a risk. Guys boom and bust at every spot. That’s why I always think we should draft the player we think is best regardless of position (BPA if you will) instead of trying to pigeon hole a particular position.

Eli can play it seems a bad fit a bad situation , not liking his mates ? culture shock ? Anyway the kid can play CB and yes it would be worth the trade if AB is healthy .

We have other weapons to catch the ball , but not much depth at DB .We have 2 Safeties starting that shouldn't even be playing. A #2 CB playing at a fair level at best so yes more talent at DB would have greater Team value than MB does.

Apple is OK on the field. I've suffered through several Giants games over the past couple years, and he's high and low. Not someone to trade Bryant away for. Seems like there was something to those early scouting reports saying he was like a kid and couldn't make his own food. Kudos to Collins for just coming out and calling him a cancer. Better than those unnamed teammates who talk crap anonymously.
