NFL Network said this morning that he could be back against Cleveland if he needed to and that he will definitely be back for the playoffs even if it is the WC round.

The video looks bad but that report has me pretty confident.

As others have said, it's something that can look bad at first but come along quickly. The videos we saw on this thread were his first attempts to walk on it unaided. A lot can change in even two weeks, much less three.

He may feel better than it looks, but I'm sure he is also concerned about every bit of pain he feels. He has to be careful not to tear it worse. Anybody who has suffered an injury to the legs or feet will tell you that at first, the instinct is to walk very gingerly for fear of doing more damage.

Glenn, you came dangerously close to making an injury recovery prediction. I was SO ready to hit you with this :hehehe::

Yeah I know, but didn't cross that line did I?
    Just sharing my experience.
What irritates me is not when someone gives their opinion about an injury, but when they argue the point and won't back off.
How many people in the game day thread argued that his leg was broken?

I just read 2 articles, both coincidentally 22 hours old. One said absolutely he will be able to play and could play against Cleveland. The other equally said absolutely no way he could even play in the bye round. There, now you have the facts.

We better not see him until playoffs! I will be disappointed if we do.

Oh yeah...well I had both legs bitten off by a shark while surfing off the coast of New Zealand a few years ago. Got them reattached that afternoon and the next morning I was back out on the board!

This wouldn't normally be an issue on a football field, but when you're talking about climbing "The Stairway To Seven"................"Oh Ra..............[IMG]

No realli! She was Karving her initials on the møøse
with the sharpened end of an interspace tøøthbrush given
her by Svenge - her brother-in-law - an Oslo dentist and
star of many Norwegian møvies: "The Høt Hands of an Oslo
Dentist", "Fillings of Passion", "The Huge Mølars of Horst
    Nordfink".

I apologize for being silly, and continuing the Monty Python and the Holy Grail reference thread.

On the other hand, Svenge is probably good in the red zone...

Looks fine walking, but he's heavily wrapped though.

Not sure how he's going to get back to his cutting and precision routes (which is his game) in about 2 weeks now.

Would you like him on the field at anything less than 80%? I'd guess the opponent would figure out real quick that he's not up to snuff and steer coverage away from him.

I doubt AB does anything but rehab this week but man I hope we see him practicing the Wednesday before Divisional weekend. Otherwise it will be pretty dire
