The three most controversial overturned TD catches of the year all go in favor of the Pats and all during close conference or divisional games.

    Funny coincidence.

Of course, technically, that's a Thanksgiving move....which STILL makes it better watch than an officiating troop reffing a Patriots game....(or, is it effing?)

I'm still waiting for the no catch police to come out and justify again and say their isn't any cheat bias.

Al Riverton= goodell flunky. Another fortnite to make a call. Again, overturned...

It's good to see some of the talking heads like Pereira questioning things (though not necessarily in the name of bias). I think the announcer on the Red Zone Channel as they cut away after the Bills touchdown said something like, "well, that looks like it will be a touchdown, but then again it's the Patriots so we'll have to wait and see....." When it starts becoming more obvious in 'normal' circles, maybe something gets done (which probably remains wishful thinking).

I said, on the old board, that the Patriots only won their 1st SB because of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and the country needed some Patriots. You would have thought I was SDOT.

    Yep.

There are two issues for me: the first is consistency of calling (holding etc.) which is awful at the moment.

The second is the calls being overturned on replay, which seems to have lost its entire principle.

Both of them are clearly benefiting the Pats - inconsistent calls will benefit one team over others - and it’s become blatant that there’s a problem.

For me, it’s still the non-calls that are hurting the game over and above the overturns.

Jimmy G and the niners could do us a favour here. Playing well.

MVP chants for Brady earlier but if Todd Gurley doesn’t get it then he’s been robbed. He’s been awesome all season!

Gurley will be awarded the MVP, but New York will overturn the call and give it to Brady upon review.

Damn 49ers return an interception 50 yards for a touchdown, then give up a blocked PAT to put the Jaguars on the board. Now the Jaguars are driving with the help of a DPI on third-and-12. This one's going to end up ticking me off, too, isn't it?

My hopes were high at halftime but alas Tom Ahole comes through. I don't believe in conspiracy stuff but the Patriots are absolutely the darlings of the NFL.

I know how we lay an egg in NE and I really can't see any other playoff team in the AFC beating them up there. Maybe Jacksonville can shock and awe them. Watched every Super Bowl since the inception but I no longer will watch Bratty in any game except if it's the Steelers. Brady having 6 rings is too much for my ulcers.

Yep. However, Brady’s claim to MVP is based not just on his stats but the narrative - he’s 40! He’s still got it! - which Gurley doesn’t have.

MVP nominations are rarely very imaginative, alas.

So much for getting help from the 49ers. In addition to the blocked extra point for two points, they just threw an interception on third-and-goal to give away at least three points and gave up a touchdown right before halftime to tie the contest. If the Steelers want to keep the bye away from the Jaguars, they're going to have to earn it by winning tomorrow and next week.

You must watch it in entirety or Glenn will be upset. Once again, why did you even waste your time and watch? Giving the NFL ratings and money.
