Did I say Hines? I meant JuJu!!!

There’s not a guy in the league more deserving of that hit. He was destroyed by a rookie WR. That was fantastic. All the crying from the tv crew was ridiculous. That block was legal not that long ago and used to be considered a great block.

Burfict would have likely hit Bell if that block isn’t made . I don’t agree with the rule. It’s football .

That hit was for all the BS that guy has pulled over the years and you can bet the entire league was cheering. I’m getting a ju ju Jersey after that. So great to see that scum bag get blown up. Live by the sword die by the sword.

For some of us, who grew up playing the game, those hits will always look legal (even though, brutal).

I still don't know why that hit is considered illegal. He hit him from the front, lead with his shoulder and hit him below the head and above the waist. Gruden calling it an illegal crackback block was bull sh&t

I guess referees apply judgement based on situational football and game context (in this case, rivalry). And that, my friend, is not the way it is supposed to be...

Yeah, Ju Ju scored some points with Steeler fans tonight. Little Ju Ju punked big bad Burfict, WOW! I`m ok with it NOW because we won, but at the time I hated the taunting penalty. Funny thing is everyone could see Burfict was having a bad day getting dinged up. I think little Ju Ju sensed weakness and that`s why he popped him when he had the chance.

I loved him standing over him , burfict starts grabbing at his ankles and JuJu walks away like he’s scraping dog crap off the bottom of his shoe.

JuJU failed to get Burflict to sign the damage waiver claim form plus ignored the mandatory cooling off period before making the hit.

JuJu became a legend tonight. Glad Burfict's not permanently injured but he's had that coming for a looooong time. Gruden and the other idiot overreacted big time to that block. Ridiculous! The taunting was overboard but the block was awesome!

JuJU needs to act more mature, you can't be getting a taunting penalty at that point in the game. I have no problem with the block though, it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy Burfict.

How about the pass to Bell near the end of the 1st half where JuJu made 2 blocks? That was nice too.

I am ok with the block on Burfict. It’s kind of at the fringe of legal under today’s rules. I didn’t like the taunting. He will learn from it.

The bizarre thing to me is how juju was basically standing waiting for burflict to run towards him, so he blocked the sh!t outta him, it’s not like the Hines Ward hit on rivers where Hines cam running at full speed.

Burflict had a heavy dose of karma for sure, and he got his azz handed to him by a little 200 lb WR name juju. And I was sick and tired of gruden being all over burflict’s jock all night. Game was impossible to listen to.

Taking off my homer glasses, I still say that's a clean hit. If that happened to one of the Steelers, I think I would applaud the opposing player for laying a clean hit. What must a player do? Make sure they have the opposition's attention before they lay a block?
As for the taunt, I have to admit that when you get laid out like that, I think a little bit of a taunt is deserved. But, I also know that is something that the NFL no longer allows, so the player has to realize that and act accordingly.
And while Burfict was carted away, I don't think he was all that injured. He tried to grab JuJu's leg as he stepped over him. I think Burfict was already hurting from earlier in the game and decided to play it up because he knew he was just done for the night.
