Come on man, it's possible to care about more than one thing at a time. I want Shazier to be okay, but I also want to win the game. On top of that, I also dislike Tomlin and have for years. If it was just this game where we looked mediocre, than you might have a point, but this has been a common theme. Tomlin is not above criticism just because Shazier got hurt.
