All this talk about the patriots patriots patriots

The Steelers will most likely have to beat the Ravens in the playoffs before that game even happens

with the bills losing today the ravens have the last wildcard spot all but wrapped up.

if we lose to the Ravens next week all bets are off

I am being real. What else do you call someone with over 2500 posts and not one of them says anything positive about the Steelers?

You do realize that to play the Ravens in the playoffs and then the Patriots means we would likely have to be the #1 seed. You accidentally said something positive.

Make fun of Real Steel all you want, but the Ravens have won four of their last five games and they crushed the Lions today. The defense was always good and they were missing their best player up front the first time the Steelers played them. Baltimore's offense actually looks pretty good now, too.

Tomorrow night's game looks bigger than ever. A loss to the Bengals would leave the Steelers just two games up on the Ravens with Baltimore and New England to follow. Especially with Brown hurting, there is actual reason for concern.

Yup can’t laugh at them they are hot. Offense sparking, defense opportunitistic, and we haven’t swept them since 2008, our secondary is hot garbage and prime time doesn’t mean much, see last week.

We can easily lose all 3 games, just need to win 2 and I’m happy

It might actually end up helping us. You never know how it's gonna work out but historically they have given NE problems and since KC looks nothing like the team that beat NE the Ravens could do use a huge favor..The enemy of your enemy is your friend.....ask any Steeler fan who they would rather face....

I'm so tired of hearing "OMG the Steelers are going to have to play them, or them ****" - guess what? First, who the hell knows who they play - Second, stop fearing who they play, and start thinking they can handle anyone lol.

I get the argument that the Steelers should stop worrying about who they face, but the idea that the division race is over needs to go away right now. If the Steelers lose Monday night, the Ravens have a real shot. Right now, Baltimore is playing better than Pittsburgh. The Steelers' defense is a mess. Sure, the offense seemed to be finding its stride, but the injury to Brown could ruin all that.

They scored alot of points off turnovers, their offense still ranks 30th in the nfl

They scored at least 20 in the last five games and at least 40 twice in that span. It's not a great offense, but it's good enough with that defense.

If we ended up with the 2 seed and the Ratbirds were the hottest team in the playoffs and they end up taking out NE. Yeah, I like our chances of beating them in Pittsburgh than our winning on the road in NE.

We could could lose anyone of these next three games and just as easily lose all three. All three of these three next games have as good or better defense than we have. Ravens and Pats been beating teams easy. Our wins are nail biters. The Bungals game will be a nail biter.
Who is injured and What Ben shows up in these next three games. Are we super Bowl bound? I'll believe it when I see it. Just my 2 cents.

Rats lost Jimmy Smith with a torn achilles. That should offset Browns toe injury.

Ravens are a quintessential over achiever. Their record doesn't indicate the lack of talent on that roster. They are well coached and have some aging stars that can still play ball (Suggs, Weddle). They still have yet to beat a team with a winning record and they are a great matchup for us. I don't fear them one bit.

At this moment the only team we should be worried about is the team in front of us. If we don't overlook anyone, there isn't a team in the league that we shouldn't beat (pats included).

Smith is a very good player and that is a difficult injury for the Ravens, but no way in hell does he mean as much to Baltimore's defense as Brown means to the Pittsburgh offense. It's not even close.

There were a few who disagreed with me last week when I said the Ravens and Bengals were not crappy teams.

Ravens are only 2 games back and are posting blowout wins. Bengals offense has improved. Patriots are 10-2.

I already have a headache and the Bengals game is not until tomorrow night.

Just imagine how dumb Tomlin will look if we lose the next three. He just can’t help himself I guess. All of his talk gave motivation to all 3 teams to beat us down. He better hope his team is prepared and can cash the check his mouth wrote.

The Ravens would only be two back if the Steelers lose tomorrow night.
