Liking what I am seeing from this defense so far, I have been a guy who talks bad about them so want to make sure I give them props. And like Ask pointed out Shazier is heading towards DPOY. Now let's get this 2nd half started off right.

 

Still not sold on Sheahan, wish they'd go after Jordan Stall for the 3rd line center. McKegg isn't bad but not the long term solution

 

I can't wrap my mind d around the offensive game plan. It's almost as if they are being purposefully vanilla.

 

I think I want a color rush jersey

 

People need to understand that, like Cameron Heyward, Jurrell Casey is no pushover.


Slyvester Williams, Brian Orakpo, Jayon Brown and the rest of that front seven is quite underrated.

 

Ideally a TE yes so it's not a dead give away but in our desperate situation a Rogers or a big body JUJU or Bryant would help at least by being a threat and D having to acknowledge the threat. Wouldn't mind seeing Grimble get a chance either...McDonald mighta had a nice opportunity tonite..

 

Where's the Cartel when you need them?

 

Well, in spite of the questionable play calling were up by 9 at the half.

I'd like to see us go back to the no-huddle, go up by 16, then bring Nix in and demoralize their defense with Bell gaining 100 yards in the second half.

Is that too much to ask?

 

Which is why the Steelers traded for McDonald. He drops too many balls, but he is a strong blocker and athletic enough to play the position. James just isn't a good enough athlete.

That said, the offense has not looked right at all since that first drive. They really need to get Smith-Schuster involved, but the Titans have excellent cornerbacks. That and the lack of pass protection are the main issue. I don't like the play-calling or Bryant's play, either, but the line is the primary culprit on offense.

I really hope they start in the no huddle and just stay in it. I’m so tired of Todd frickin Haley. They had no answer for Ben calling plays on what he seen but let’s just ignore it and not go back to it because Haley is to damn proud to get out of his own way.

 

If Titans play clean in the second half this game will be interesting.

 

Maybe try dual backfield see what shakes out.

 

I would be amazed if Haley could wrap his head around any of his incoherent plans.


That and the lousy execution.

 

Please he’s 6’7” and he jumped at least 2” off the ground with his arm fully extended and it went past his finger tips!

 

I see what they like in Sheahan, but I wish he had Bonino's hands.

 

Be nice if they could get some runs going... Be s already at 22 pitches. Drops aren't helping much but need some ground game... And son of a *****!!!
