I believe it will be the former. The question will be, however - will Haley leave if Ben retires?

Nah, difference (big) is one is a player, the other is a coach. Players shouldn't be talking smack about other players. Coaches are paid to speak their minds. If that means hurting a player's feelings, so be it...

But Haley is a donkey for sure...

It stems from the old board when we used to say FBAI....translation fire Bruce Arians immediately.

So now PTHITBI.....translation put Todd Haley in the booth immediately .....got it:smiley1:

As we are responding to this post, Haley just called another bubble screen...

I didn't see the yelling (bad computer feed) but when Haley said he was yelling at another coach I figured it had to be Smith or the quality control coach for not having the kicking unit ready and potentially wasting another TO

I'd love to see the film room between Haley and Ben. I know you don't embarrass your veteran QB in front of the team but I'd have trouble not walking down to the projection screen and gesturing broadly with the shot of having a ten yard cushion with no safety help over the top and the defender rocking backwards versus press man with safety help and going

"When you see THIS, I don't care what my play call is you check to a quick slant. This right HERE is football gold, this is a no brainer, what the bleep are you thinking throwing to AB in that situation? "

    But that is just me.

This would require Ben to be in the film room. I think it's well established that he's never been a big film guy. Which is one of the most maddening things about him. That's why Brady is so good. He studies film all the time.

I really don't care if Haley yelled at Ben during a game. That's sports. I've seen Brady yelled at by assistants. I'm sure every QB in the league gets yelled at sometimes. I've been yelled at in hockey countless times. It's a football field, not an office for **** sakes.

I'm really starting to tire of Ben. He just seems like a cancer to this team. He does nothing but complain, even though we are winning games despite his mediocre to bad play. He's surrounded with talent and all he can do is ***** and whine. I'm just tired of him and am looking forward to the a Ben-free team next year. Hopefully our next QB doesn't constantly throw his teammates and coaches under the bus.

A QB is supposed to lead the team. If our QB is moping around because he doesn't like an assistant, then it's going to have consequences for the rest of the team.

Haley has been the cancer, IMO.

    Arizona
    KC
    Steelers

Follows him every where he goes.

Dont know where you get that Ben throws teammates under the bus. He goes out of his way to never blame them. Absolved ****ty line play for years.

He's undermined Haley though for sure. I think thats Haleys nature though, rubs people the wrong way.

Haley has been considered a dick by players on every stop; it's not just the millennials who have a problem with him.

Wasn't he also with the 49ers? Heated arguments on sideline there too.

He is passive aggressive about it Blast, like saying something about Ward and you thought he was joking and some of us were like is he really? Remember those conversations

I'm actually starting to buy into a rift between Ben and Haley.

I thought it was very telling that Ben said after the Colts game that he (Ben) changed AB's and Bryant's routes on the big play to AB to get into range for the winning FG.

Haley has to hate that Ben did that, but he's probably livid that Ben told the world he did it.

I also could care less about the yelling between players and coaches. Ben always was drama Ben similar to Bradshaw in his days. Haley was always a cancer where ever he was. A good coach will design plays to help a QB who is aging and less mobile then when he was younger. What I see from Haley this year is horrible, predictable play calling especially in the red zone. I see him over using Bell to a fault, and not thinking ahead and utilizing Conner some more, no play actions passes and bubble screens that don't work.

Ben is slipping some but Haley sure isn't helping this offense this year.

Not buying it, hes always been a great teammate in that regard, having his teammates back.

And I remember Ward called him out in the media first.
