Ugly First half. Just plain ugly.

 

Maybe Tomlin will give an inspirational half time speech. LOL

 

If we were playing a good team, the game would be over.

 

True.....but we still need 3 more to win.

Chuck shows mercy. He's seen his team in action this season.

 

Imagine what the Titans will do to this team.

 

Predictable. Road game against a terrible non-divisional opponent. These are unwinnable games for Mike Tomlin coached teams

 

Maybe we sober up at half time. LOL

 

1st Half Summary...
1. Ben is asleep
2. Missed Tackles
3.Overall Lack of Team Intensity

 

my question is does ben even care anymore.i know its not all on him he needs help but show some fire once in awhile .

 

Second half surge is what is needed.


We have the talent and personnel to achieve this. Can we achieve it remains to be seen.

The good teams are getting above average QB play both mentally and physically.....we are not. It's as simple as that........

 

This offense is awful.

Ben looks like he spent all night at the bar and is hungover.

 

The good? They are only one possession away from tying it up. The bad, well we've catalogued that pretty well, but I am really starting to worry about Ben.

There is something else I've noticed with him this season, and it's his release. He rarely snaps the ball out in a crisp, fluid motion, it's almost as if he is heaving the ball out, almost in a shot put motion. Others have mentioned possible shoulder problems. That's what it looks like.

 

The Colts are bringing guys close to the line so it looks like 8 in the box so they are overpowering the line on run plays, Ben needs to read that and check to a quick throw. Haley needs to change the script and call plays that utilize a rub or a pick play and let JuJu, ROgers, Bryant, and Brown work. force them to defend the seam with Mac or James. On defense those DBl tight sets are negating the pass rush and opening up the cut backs. they need to rethink the strategy

 

colts are missing half the team to injuries and are the worst ranked defense. I'm saying this like im surprised. Truth is, I really thought this year would be different. We would stop losing to bad teams on the road.

Let's see if we can adjust and play like we should 2nd half.

 

I guess Gilbert called it "this is a trap game". Time to gnaw the leg off that's caught and beat em with the other 3... LETS GOOOOOOOOOO

 

I hate away fans. No way Lucas Oil Stadium is normally that loud at 1pm. It's mostly Steelers fans. Make noise when the Steelers are on defense dummies.

This exactly. I don't know if there is a team in the league that plays down, or up to their comp more than the Steelers.

 

The short passing game is their ticket to get back into some rhythm. Ben seems to want to throw the deep ball to much when behind, go to no huddle to get these guys back on their heels and they will be OK. Everyone's frustrated including me!
