Mitchell fined

I read this morning the league fined Mitchell 57.735 for two hits. He was fined 48.620 for a helmet to helmet hit on the chiefs running back West that resulted in a concussion, and he was fined 9.115 for a low hit on alex smith, H to H hits happen often and I cant recall anyone getting fined 48K before unless they are habitual offenders, maybe Mitchell is classified as such....

 

Mitchell:
$48,620 is the second-offense value.

Dupree:
$24,309 for “roughing the passer” (should be his 2nd offense, but this amount is either 1st-time roughing or 2nd-time late hit).

Bell:
$12,154 for his “punching the goalpost” celebration (2nd offense, unsportsmanlike conduct).

 

Here is the video showing mitchells H to H hit on west, ive seen a lot worse H/H hits, I think mitchell tried to avoid the hit, what do you think:
