I want #7, so we'll have a two Lombardi buffer on the PATRIOTS, Cowboys and 49ers before Roethlisberger retires.

49ers won't win another any time soon.
Cowboys could win one if the stars align for them, Prescott turns out above average and they face a weak AFC opponent
Patriots scare me the most. Brady still has playoff wins left in the tank.

Others are slowly creeping up... Packers and Giants with 4. Rodgers could get #5 for Packers before he retires and Eli looked like hell the other night, but Giants could explode from October to January with all of the talent they have on offense.

I want one more for Ben and I want him to come up big in the game.

    He deserves it!

Plus, I want to put some space between us and the rest of the pack. #HEREWEGO

I think we'll be in the clear if the Pats dont repeat this season. I think they'll be on a 10+ year SB drought after that. People are going to see just how important Brady is to BB's success.

I think the biggest threat is Dallas.

    Hmm... :hmm:

Not so much the statement but the way you construct your logistical and grammatical statements.

It is quite familiar. Like I have seen this done before by another user.

They play at Denver this week, ouch, vohn miller might just feast on dak, then they have the cards and packers to fill out their first 5 games they could lose 2 of those 3 games, maybe all 3, they have a tough schedule this year chiefs raiders falcons eagles twice chargers seahawks, not an easy road this year like they had last year..........

Right now, the only team that I can see getting in their way is Atlanta.

But, its week 2, plenty of time for another team to emerge.

Also, Zekes status remains unclear. They'll need him for a SB run.

The Pistons had to get by the Celtics to win a championship. The Oilers dethroned the Islanders. Bulls had to get past the Pistons. Steelers ( In all likelihood) will need to get by New England to win # 7. With Ben likely retiring after the season, this is the year. SB or bust.

Yes, I'm surprised. Obviously some things have changed in the steeler's front office. Or Martavis did some serious groveling to the ownership to keep his gig in Pittsburgh.

I'm guessing no one wanted him so a trade wasn't an option. Is there a rule that you can't cut a guy if he enters rehab? I do disagree with the decision to keep him. A good leader removes distractions like Martavis. He's not exactly Randy Moss. In fact he's basically done nothing in this league to earn patience from the coaching staff. I would have cut him and replaced him in the off season with someone who wants to play football. Don't be shocked if he ends up on the IR at some point this season.

His hands are terrible. His size and speed means little when he can't catch and his route running is laughable. He looked awful last week. Wonder how long it will take him to get into football shape? Mean while we could have had a good WR playing all season last year and now if we would have focused on replacing him. Bad decision keeping him.
