Steelers at Browns TV Map

Screwed again by geography. I get Indy and the Rams. Backup QB vs rookie blunder.
Yeah week 1.

 

I am fortunate to live in a county in which the Steelers 1pm&4pm games are always televised... either on CBS or Fox. No Sunday Ticket needed.

 

That makes two of us. Damn near all of Georgia gets the Steelers game, but metro Atlanta gets indy

 

Lol how do yinz think Tony Romo will do.

 

Fortunately for me (West Coast) DIRECTV usually offers a free preview of Sunday ticket on week 1. This year is no exception! So Steelers/Browns it is!!!!!!

Well with two new teams in LA area now - looks like Sunday Ticket will almost be worth the price of admission. Last few years it worked out to about $75 per Steeler game not shown on cable or local stations. I'm sorry for my barhopping Steeler So Cal buddies but happy for me.

 

I'll be fishing in way upstate NY. But, I should be done around noon. I've got to find a sports bar somewhere. Not sure I could take watching the Jets-Bills

 

This is why I bite the bullet and get the Sunday Ticket, if I am watching football and the Steelers are playing it better be on my TV.

If not for Sunday Ticket I'd be watching the Titans and Raiders. Yuck.

 

Yeah I could never live again without Sunday Ticket.

Could be worse... I live next door to Oakland... i have to look at people walking around in raider gear all the time... only thing worse would be if I were one of them

BTW.... I cajouled a couple free years of Sunday Ticket from DirecTV so... (i think i just set a personal record for the most ellipsis in a post)

 

I tried and it lasted 2 weeks...lol!

 

I usually call and get it for like half price and 6 months of movie channels. I heard that if you are a college student you can gewt it on your xbox for &100, not sure how true that is....

 

Thankfully North Carolina is also Steelers Country lol I've missed maybe one game in the last three years due to no game in my area.

 

I lucked out here in Richmond. It is going to be 75 and sunny though, so I may end up at Busch Gardens anyway.

 

I spoke too soon. Looks like Eagles vs. Chiefs will be televised on Fox here over Vikings vs. Steelers.

This will be the first time since '03 (When Maddox was QB and Polamalu was a rookie) a Steelers game is not televised in my county.

Chiefs must be getting a lot of hype now for beating the Patriots.
