I just looked at Maynardville from Google earth. You have some yard work to do this weekend.

No that is not true however I get what your saying. I think a small group of parents give the rest of the good parents a bad name. jmo

A prime example is the show Friday night tykes, I can't even watch it I get sick. Like I just said there is always that parent or two who thinks their kid is gonna make it however for the most part I think a lot of the good parents get a bad rap cause of these few bad ones.

Yeah I mean I get out in the yard and practice with my little boy and definitely push him to try and be the best he can be just for the life lesson of competition and teamwork but never because I want to build this false hope within him that he's the next Jordan or Mantle or whatever. Just that if he doesn't do as good as he can there will be someone to come along and take the spot he would have liked to have had for himself. He still doesn't really have a competitive nature yet but he is starting to develop it by playing video games and not wanting to lose. The other day he said to me "daddy I'm way better at Diddy Kong Racing than you and there's no way you can beat me". LOL! I just try to stress to him that if I practice hard enough I can do whatever I want to do as well as I can do it.
