Dan NcCullers is talking about him. Well, actually just mumbling under his breath about him.

And I can't pronounce his name either. Took me years to get Fu's name down.

I live in NE FL so I know how his name is pronounced. One of the more underrated signings for us. He didn't quite live up to his draft selection (10th overall, considered a 2nd rounder coming into the draft which now seems more appropriate than 10th overall) but he's not a bust either. Those were mostly all very BAD Jags teams he played for, where it's hard for any player to stand out much, but he will fit in very nicely as depth for the Steelers. He can hold his own. He won't be a star but he won't be a weak link either.

That would be a distinct upgrade over his predecessors.

I loved the Alualu signing. He should give us really good depth along the DL so we don't have to run Tuitt and Heywards wheels off.

YUp seems teams forget that it's about depth now.

Look at the Patriots in the SB. You hold them down for so long, then you get tired and they walk the field with you.

It's all about holding that pressure up the entire game. If you need to rotate, rotate!

You can't just run the wheels off these days. They'll target the tired guys and blast them!

You should give this to Broncos given the fact they are lacking depth at the moment.

Your final statement though will trigger some of the Tomlin detractors though. :lolol:

    Oh most definitely.

That's my biggest complaint with him. He needs to manage player fatigue and health better.

This every game is the same importance is garbage as well. I appreciate the talking point, but you know damn well some games have key implications later in the season and more time should be spent prepping for them.

Totally agree, look what he does with his running backs in managing fatigue and health. I dont even like when he says he will run them until the wheels fall off.

If you can motivate him, should be a quality signing. Hargraves is who I am predicting will make the biggest jump
of any player from year 1-2. He is the key to the Steelers DL. He will be a BIG FACTOR in what Tuitt and Heyward accomplish. GO Gravedigger.

Totally agree. I think it is possible we see less time with him off the floor. Keeping him in on passing plays make us less susceptible to running plays like draws etc.

Alualu seems to be the back up at both end positions. I hope that means a real rotation of defensive linemen, so Heyward and Tuitt can stay fresh.

Like most here, I think it was a great signing. I thought LT Walton made some good strides last year, so adding Alualu to the mix is awesome. A very underrated signing that will prove its worth I bet. Can never have enough good guys to rotate in.

And like Wardismvp said, Hargrave should be that much better and all I've read about camp is that he is winning battles consistently. Excited about this group.
