Part of the story is out..... So part of the truth is out. While waiting on the whole story I have a problem with a young large powerful man bear hugging the slamming and landing on top of a older man... 54 yrs old...... Unless he was defending himself or wife or kids there's no excuse.

Why would there be a league suspension? There isn't even a criminal complaint. Just some jackass claiming Gilbert assaulted him and suing him in civil court.

I highly doubt this is true. He generally is only interested in hurting his teammates.

 

My earliest memories of radio are hearing Paul Harvey. When I was little I was always thinking "why is this man telling these stories and are they actually even true???" LOL!

Looks a little bit bad to me. I could see a short suspension, a game or two, a possible outcome. All you have to do is embarrass the NFL and no charges by the police are necessary. We saw that with Ben.
