If he is this serious and clean look out. Hopefully our offense finally fully lives up to the hype this year.

He needs to get Coates to come workout with him, so he won't be hands of stone next season .

Yep, if Green can stay healthy they could be scary good.

Is he left handed? He struggles with the right hand. I want to see him catch the ball from a distance. Physically, he does look great though

Why wouldn't he be? Even Gordon was reinstated.

Yeah, when he catches with his right hand, he needs to secure the ball with a backflip.

Hell the simple fact that they will have to at least shade some help on him makes AB that much more potent. The best thing the Steelers could have done after Coates finger issues last year was to set him down and get the other WR's up and running earlier and more consistently. That would have made them at least a little more dangerous coming down the stretch into the playoffs.

They were not fooling anyone with trotting him out there and throwing to him occasionally. Every team knew he couldn't catch that ball consistently and it showed in the coverage schemes.

If his head is where it needs to be, he's going to be an absolute beast.

The year off may help him financially. If he had not been off, he would probably not be in the shape he is now or the apparent mindset. He could potentially have 2 great years now and more than make up the lost year in his next contract.

    Most likely with another team.

Suspension year doesn't count towards his contract time with the Steelers since he wasn't allowed to play by the league.

Sort of like a drafted player deciding to sit out. The team that drafted still has the rights to that player.

Understood. And he in essence lost a year of salary over his career. But if he performs over the next 2 years with much greater enthusiasm, I'm thinking his next contract, particularly the signing bonus, will more than make up for the lost year. More so than if he played that year with the mindset he had.
