I remember not too long ago certain people wanted to get rid of him.

I argued with people on this board, as recently as this year regarding Foster. Idiots here called him the "weak link". I argued he was the anchor of the entire line.

I remember a video years ago that was when Ramon Foster was first starting, and he was like the little brother to the likes of Max Starks et al. Can't find it now, but they were all having dinner somewhere, and basically taking the piss out of Foster constantly, and he was like "I'm just happy to be here".

He's come a long way, to be sure.

why is he allowed to call names on this site? i thought this wasn't allowed.

yes it is amazing what a good coach can do with a player. remember ramon wasn't always playing at this level. he was never paid like a top tier guard either so the idiots on this board were not the only people thinking he was near his end or could be upgraded.

he was also here for the 30+ sack years and the 40+ sack years. he was never the most mobile guy when we were trying to use the zone blocking technique more.

munch has worked wonders with alot of our linemen. foster had a decent year this year but he's never been an all-pro LG. he is very serviceable with the right people coaching him and playing around him. he could always play tough straight up on a guy but switching off to pickup late blitzers or working on the move has never been his strong suite.

Theres a report feature, anyone who has a problem with a user can report them.

We dont jump on everyone for every infraction, we'll let it go for a little bit before stepping in. I have seen him attacking the argument with names a couple times but not the member and to be honest, I dont know where the line is there.

The post you are referring to is in violation though and not allowed as he was clearly insulting members and not the argument there. Report it.

However, if everyone just behaves like adults, there won't be any need to report anything :hi:

It's not. He knows better and shouldn't do it. When you have really intelligent viewpoints, there's no need for it anyway.

i agree BF, and thanks chief. rpo has a lot of good insight on things discussed here, the extra insults are really not needed. just wondering about it, i have seen it quite often and others are alerted for a lot less. just discuss the thread, everyone has an opinion on things. no need for all that junk. i'd be very happy to discuss football with anyone but like an adult. thats all i'm saying about it.:drinks::cool:
