Kevin Greene hired by the NY Jets today. Guess we are stuck with Porter.

 

I just read Greene was hired by the Jets.

 

I read it was a rumor but I knew it still would crush many dreams. LOL!

Probably true. The funny thing is Singletary did a lot of good things and while he didn't fully turn the team around, he was making serious progress and made it easy for Harbaugh to step in and get the job done. He was fired for all the wrong reasons. That would probably happen to Greene too.

Fire Butler and bring in rex ryan......... Dont laugh but rex ryan is a good defensive cord and he has always given brady fits. This team does have talent on defense. with the rise of dupree and heyward coming back we just have to figure out how to make brady uncomfortable and rex ryan could do that.......

Rex USED TO give Brady fits. Now, not so much. Rexy is 2-10 the last 6 seasons vs NE, and one of those wins came against NEs 3rd string QB this year. Rex took a team with D talent in Buffalo and turned it to crap In less than 2 seasons. But, if you hire him, maybe he and AB can put on clown suits and entertain the crowd during halftime.

Jerry O I believe would be a better coach than Joey and maybe even Butler. Jerry O reminded me of Cowher as a player. Had to be more of a smart player due to lack of physical talent. Kevin Green also would be a better replacement than Joey. Regardless whom you pick, Joey needs to go just for the off field troubles. You need to set an example to the players.
Lets see if Bobby April would like to be special teams coach once again. Our special teams were very good when he was here.

I'm basically indifferent toward Porter. They can keep him or let him go today and it wouldn't bother me either way. He was a great player for us but that doesn't necessarily translate to great (or even good) coach. He can apparently be an idiot about town when he has a few drinks in him and that concerns me. We don't need coaches making the news for the wrong reasons!

 

Yup... It officially sucks now!
