Ben is still hurt, the talking heads are saying the same thing now ...After you watch his tape before the knee compared to the tape after the knee it is clear that something is not right...We may need to come out passing he will probably take a shot in the knee before the game and at half time ...

If we have some good trick plays we should try them early in the game as well...The best way to win would be to get a lead at let Bell try to grind it out ...If the game comes down to Ben vs. the Pats D at the end it will not work out I fear...

Man, national pundits taking this "Ben not playing well the past three years" thing and running with it. I just heard an interview with a guy saying Ben is no longer top 5 and he is abysmal on the road.

Just look at all the stuff he has had to overcome. Between injuries and suspensions of players around him, and then him getting injured himself.

Ben is still Ben. They are going to find that out on Sunday.

Yep, right on. I enjoy seeing a successful long bomb now and then, but since I was a kid, I've always believed in just getting the first down. If you focus on that and keep doing it, you'll get there. If you keep trying to have impressive huge yardage too often, you waste those opportunities to just get the first down.

Like I said, I love the bombs once in awhile when they make sense and are executed well, but too much is hurtful

Looks to me like lingering injuries are making him throw high. Maybe not a solid foundation or favoring one leg or compensating for a shoulder...

Whatever it is, it keeps magnifying throughout the game as he keeps trying harder and harder.

I hope so. And I think you are right. But if not, well, they are right.

Big Ben is the key to winning against the Patsies. Bell will be good, but Patsies will load up against the run and maybe use a spy on Bell. They will also put Butler on AB and the safety will provide deep support. Ben will need to find our other receivers as they get open. This will determine their offensive success.

Defense will need hit Brady hard early, eliminate a 10 yard cushion on WRs and create some turnovers. If this all happens, we will win.

I saw low throws in the game against the Chiefs too. What's causing those?

    His receivers are too tall?

    That and Sweed's hands.

Ben doesn't seem to be as on-target as usual. I see more throws than before go high, low, and/or behind the receiver. Even throwing to stationary targets, he's not throwing bulls-eyes like he used to. Dunno why (I won't pretend to be a QB coach or doctor), and I'm sure some of it is playing with receivers not named Antonio Brown. But still ...
