    Hey everyone,

I put together an "All 22" mashup of all of Cockrell's snaps against the Chiefs. I figured since he was being criticized recently that this could be useful. Also, I know many don't get to watch coaches film, so it might be interesting in general to see the entire defense throughout a game.

how long did that take to put together?

Cockwell does seem to be the weaker link but one thing I like is he plays the ball. the old crew recently gone seemed to let the players catch the ball and were more interested in going for the big
hit after the catch. at least our guys now play the ball and not the hit after the catch (except maybe Mitchell).

Very cool TTF! Looks like he held his own in the game. I guess people need something to complain about.

I'm hazy on illegal formation stuff, but Cockrell's man was lined up off the line of scrimmage on both 2-point tries. I thought the outermost player had to be on the line ... .

Nice work TTF!! I hardly ever get to see the All-22.

He does a good job of recognizing guys enter his zone, even deeper WRs. One other thing I notice is that he definitely makes a point to communicate with his teammates, you see that several times with Dupree (on the stacked WR set) and with Davis. That's a good thing.

I'd have to run thru again to note the time but KC had 3 WRs bunched on his side and he motioned to Davis to watch the deeper routes and he ran in at the snap to contest the screen. Alex Smith threw opposite side. It was nice to see the 2 DBs communicating. Although the deeper WR was wide open for the first 15yds, which is something they'll have to look at in film and decide how to handle in the future.

It doesn't have to be the outermost guy. You do need at least 7 guys on the LOS though. TE can be on LOS and the Z receiver on the same side can be off.

    Thanks everyone.
I'm not sure really. I worked on it here and there in the background while I did other things, and got distracted replaying different plays a lot on both sides of the ball.

    Well done TTF.

Wish I could help you out more. A lack of not owning a PC really is not doing me any favors.

On point of the discussion, is Cockrell still the weakest link? :lolol:

I personally blame both Tomlin and Lake for teaching Cockrell such as opposed to maximizing his talents. :lolol:

If anyone's interested, I'll throw one together of the offensive line/offense.
