Our defense is 9th in ppg. 9th in yards allowed(15th pass, 6th rpg). Healthy Ben, Bell, Brown. No rats, no bagels.

No excuses, top 10 defense, healthy offense. Injured AFC(tanny, carr, gronk).

I don't know but Benjamin the hitman Roethlisberger needs to get his wings again.

 

I'm certainly glad for an improved defense and a healthy offense.

As far as the rest of the league, if you want to be the best, you have to beat the best. Whoever we face, bring them on, if we are to be who we think we are, than we need to be any and all.

Losing gronk was big. I've always kind of told myself that next year was the year we take it all. Bryant back, young defense, especially in the secondary, that will improve. But there's no better time to go into NE and get a win than now. Next to Brady he's the most dangerous on the team. We were close last year, this year we have to just go get it.

Although he's played decent this year Tannehill doesn't scare me. Carr and Gronk definitely. The Phins D and Ajayi put a little fear in me seeing how he torched us for over 200yds+ and their D made Ben play and hurt.

I agree with the Ben assessment. He's been good at times and bad at times. It's time to play some turnover free football in the playoffs!

Looks like at the moment we're playing the Dolphins in the wildcard round. I hope we don't have to see the Chiefs. Even though we beat them and lost to the Dolphins I'll take a rematch against the Dolphins. Although they won't be a walkover as we've seen already this season. I have faith we'll do a lot better this time at home!

True it can create havoc on an offense however I just want to point out that the Wide 9 has negatives as well. The primary negative to the " Wide 9 " is that it makes it more difficult to keep running plays to shorter runs. This will be good for someone as efficient as Bell.
