    Wasn't Belichick on Parcell's staff when the Giants won 2 Super Bowls in the mid 80's and early 90's? With your logic.. Belichick has 6 rings... not 4.

    I thought Tomlin won with Cowhers players.

    Joking aside, with the exception of the last few years with Ben, Bell and AB playing together, Cowher had more talent on both sides of the ball and better offensive lines.

    I guess the only one on the team that matters in the Super Bowl is the head coach. Who knew? And the rings they give out are just party favors or something I guess. Worthless baubles for those who contribute nothing.

    It's fine if you think that Cowher was the better coach. If you reread my post you'll see I didn't say he was or wasn't or that Tomlin was the greatest coach ever or whatever you thought you saw.
    I just said I wasn't hating on the guy and that all of our coaches have had their detractors. I also reiterated what so many others have asked: Who's out there available that would be a better coach for the Steelers than Tomlin?
