    Agreed.

JJ and Grimble are gamers, but they don't possess the raw talent that Green does.

What an incredible effort by AB. Might be the best play I've seen this season. Three defenders had him down at the one with handful of facemask and AB somehow springs out of it and has the presence of mind to break the plane. Friggin incredible.

The only thing that matters next week is the team's health.

Sign of a mentally tough team when you make mistakes, don't have your "A" game, but still make enough plays to win.

Jesse is good, but he's not really a game breaker in the middle of the field. I love the guy, but Green really opens up the offense when he's out there.

Jesse just doesn't get the attention Green does as far as defense accounting for him.

I'd consider giving some down time to the O- line as well.

Man what a friggin game had to dvr the first half cause of the in laws and their safety:smiley1:...caught up on second half...all those commercials help you do that( thankfully) for once......what a great team effort. Ben was killing us but I give him props for sticking with it. How about Ayers in his first game, drew a huge PI penalty and made a nice grab and some fine downfield blocking....our WRs were like the ninja smurfs out there today....wow still pumped after that.

Still gotta wrap up #3 IMO. I'd rather not see the Chiefs in the 1st round.

Did the Steelers already lock themselves into the third seed? If so, yes, I'm guessing Roethlisberger and Tuitt get the day off. If Bell and Brown play, it will be sparingly. I'm not sure why Hargrave or Harrison would sit. Sure, you don't play them every down, but the rookie in particular should play.

I was wrong, wrong, wrong. I was a negative Nancy but would do it all over again if it gets the same results. There is a Santa.

Steelers can play 1 of 3 teams

    1. Miami - if KC tonight and Miami does pick up a game on KC next week
    2. KC - if Miami and KC are tied
    3. Denver - only with 2 Denver wins, a KC win next week and a Miami loss next week

As cheap as the Brown family is, that might signal the abrupt end of the Bengals last playoff cycle. Even if they fire Marvin Lewis, they will simply look for a low cost replacement. Like the Pirates, they are more interested in making money than winning.

It's been a long time since I've seen an individual effort like AB's there! And how about that catch by Eli a couple of plays before? Phenomenal comeback! But we've GOT to stop falling behind like that, lol!!!

Proud of our team today, guys.

This team now is looking, for lack of a better word, Super Bowly. This was the test, and they passed.

Mike Mitchell, btw, was awful today. Did anyone else notice that or is it just me?

That botched FG ended up being huge. Game may not have played out the same way, but if it's 24-23 instead of 24-20, the Ravens probably just sit on the ball when they get in the RZ and play for a GW FG on the last play instead of having to get a TD and they likely win it 26-24 and the Steelers never get the ball back again.

As frustrating as it was, it was a great win. If KC loses they end up the 3 seed and have to face two back up QBs in the playoffs. I like their chances. Pitt-Dallas for a 4th time seems possible.

They didn't lose to Miami because of the QB last time. And to get to the Super Bowl, they will likely have to beat Brady in the AFCCG in Foxoboro.

Good point. When he missed it though, it was one of those rare times that I knew that it would go wrong. The announcers were just making the point about how the Ravens K was the most accurate of all time and I was thinking he was due for a miss. I usually get that feeling when something like that is said about the Steelers.
