It's sad that the nfl thinks that the dallas game is more important than the steelers game.
They moved our game from 08:30 to 1pm with our showdown with Cincinnati
I'm sick of the dallas crap and the nfl . We all know the steelers are americas team !!!

I'm surprised they scheduled another Steelers Vs. Bengals prime time game after last season. Now that they scheduled a 1 pm game I might be able to actually take my family. Told my 9 year old there was no way I was taking him to an 8:30 pm away game in Cincinnati.

Yeah, that could be ugly at an away late game. My wife doesn't even like to go to those when they are home games.

Welcome to the best Steeler MB in the Galaxy Lee - many happy returns. At least we know you have your priorities 100% correct.

The sooner the better. The earlier the better to kick their butts. Dallas is the best thing going right now. We had 42 sec to stop this train but we failed, so this is what happens.

The Cowboys are the best team in the league right now. The Cowboys vs. a surging Buccaneers teams is a much more marketable game. That game will draw a much high rating than the Steelers vs. Bengals.
I dislike the Cowboys as much as the next guy, but come on man.

I'm glad they did, I don't have to stay up half the night to see them play. I hate night games now that I'm in EST.

Yup let's me get the game over early and go about my day.

Didn't need to be in Prime Time anyway. Bengals aren't going to make the play-offs so the match-up isn't as intriguing

So what. I'd rather the Steelers play at 1pm. I don't give a crap what the NFL thinks of the Cowboys or Steelers. Cowboys are the better team right now and the Bucs are on a winning streak. Bengals have regressed and Steelers have been inconsistent all year. Cowboys vs. Bucs is the better game.

I'm not sure the NFL wants too teams that are beating the hell out of each other as their prime time game

That's exactly why they used to put Steelers & Baltimore on prime time. But that was when they were better teams.

    Yeah but things have changed
Now the world wants everyone to be nice to each other and tackle easy
And for some reason the. NFL cares what the world thinks

Im not so sure Dallas/Tampa is more intriguing than Steelers/Bengals, not after what happened last year. pretty sure that game had huge ratings.

I prefer the night games, get to watch it in peace, no interruptions. And the sleep thing doesn't bother me, I get up at 5:45am and still don't care.

I was going to say the same thing. Grudge match with Burfict back in action would draw some ratings imo. But if you're the NFL they'll probably try to promote the two rookie love fest and Dallas over an AFC slugfest.

I say lighten up on the OP. He/she doesn't really care what time of the day or night the Steelers play that game - he/she was just verbalizing their regrets that the Cow-Persons are actually fulfilling the long time hollow myth that they are the self-anointed "America's Team". Yes they are pretty good this year (sans Romo) but the Steeler's will ALWAYS be America's REAL Team! :herewego!::herewego!::herewego!:

I think the NFL would have kept the game @ 8:30 if the Bengals were in contention.. With TB @ 7-5 and on the 4 game win streak, I guess the NFL thinks this game will be more enjoyable to the fans.. But we all know it won't be as good as our game!

Agree. This schedule change is all about the Bengals being 4-7-1, and has nothing to do with the Steelers.

PST, here. I used to live in EST and I get it. Now that I'm on the west coast, I love NFL Sunday even more. I can watch all the games, hang out, and still get to bed early enough to get rest for work the next morning.
