There's a difference McCarthy is the playcaller, and the Packers offense has struggled with Rodgers at QB.

 

Tomlin does not coach or call plays he just stands there trying to look cool collecting a paycheck

I know a lot of Steeler fans like him and thats fine with me i would prefer someone else but i know the Rooneys don't fire coaches so he is here until he wants to leave.

 

Packers Defense has been all over the place for years.
Offense is always hurting.

 

I disagree he's not here until he wants to leave, his contract runs thru 2018. If this team is still struggling and haven't won a Super Bowl by then, I have no problem with them making a change.
