Solid game Tomlin

I want to see them reenact that play on Mythbusters and see if it can actually work and what it's really supposed to look like. He's lucky he didn't pull a groin trying to pull that stunt.

I completely agree. It would be great if he got fired and replaced by the other Harbaugh and finally swept the Ravens every freakin year.

 

Its on par with the "Butt Fumble" in my opinion.

 

As bad as we looked yesterday, I was shocked that Tomlin didn't call over the offense like he did the defense in the Miami game.

 

I have no idea how they show up that uninspired and that undisciplined to play a division rival for the division lead. It is totally unacceptable and that starts with Tomlin.

 

That had to be a record for least distance traveled for an onside kick, the ball traveled maybe 1 foot, even the officials couldnt stop laughing are we starting to look like the clowns???

 

Disagree. That's a terrible play by one player. I can think of 100's of those. What we witnessed was a designed play. The only other worse call I've ever witnessed is this

Tomlin's onside call is literally the 2nd worst play I've ever seen or heard of. I can't believe they practiced that, let alone called it in a game. He really needs to focus on practicing things that will help us win games

 

In Coach Tomlin's defense a onside kick is probably our best Defensive play ...I have no problem with spending practice time on it maybe they should give the DB pursuit time to the kicking game ...That is a proven waste of time only 1 kick not enough info to deem failed practice time...

 

Didn't you get the feeling that the whole team and coaches thought they had a two week bye and suddenly woke up at 10am on game day and realized they forgot to practice and had to drag their sleepy butts over to Baltimore? Sure looked that way. Sad.

 

Wow. America's Got Talent! Probably not something that can be practiced though on the sideline or before the game or on an open practice facility. I'll be Meadowlark Lemon could have done it with his eyes closed.

 

I never see him coaching someone up on the sidelines he just stands there wearing his shades and his gold necklace just watching it get handed to him.I wanted to see him get replaced years ago.After he won the super bowl with Bill's guys those players started to retire and he started drafting and bringing in his own guys and the teams look worse every year give him five more years and we will be fighting the Browns over last place. Tomlin is and has been in way over his head. I suspect he lets his assistants coach and develop game plans and he just watches this team is uninspired undisciplened smoking weed Bryant should have been let go immediatly. Bad for Steeler nation they won't ever fire him he will have to leave on his own any casual fan can see he doesn't know what he is doing. A perfect example of this is he was a former defensive backs coach and our secondary has to be one of the worst in the league.

 

Kills me how we have no apparent gameplan week to week and he had 2 weeks for this game! #4 best rushing defense, lets run the ball up the gut. Should have spread them out and open up the run with the pass not vice versa like they always do.

 

Agreed - there's such a low chance of success, you have to try anything. And this was kind of Boswell's signature play when he was signed.
