a loss would send us to 2nd place in the division and a losing record in the AFC so we wont win any tie breakers for a wild card.

It is not a must win for the fans sake I hope not because we will not win....The Ravens are always killer against our run game , they always seem to put a lot of heat on our QB...Ben will not play and Jones will probably have a very bad game against the Rats...

The Ratbirds are a team in decline. If Ben plays and is able to move around normally, we should win.

BIG Game, but I wouldn't count us out if we lose. Very big game as far as the division goes.

Hope to God Ben plays. Could be a tough one if he doesn't....

I benched Tyrod Taylor and started Joe Flacco on my fantasy team. Since the game is in Baltimore, Burt will get his standard two, long bomb PIs and at least 3 TDs vs. Steelers defense.

What part do you guys not agree with ? It's a fact that we rarely run well against the Rats usually we get a RB hurt more than we run well...Anyone really expect Jones to play well against the Rats ? Or do you guys think Ben is going to play ?

I think Ben is going to play and our D is going to play its best game of the year. The bye week was huge for us as we got some much needed recovery time. The only thing I am nervous about is the fact that they have lost 4 in a row. They are kinda due for a good outing, but so are we as we haven't played that well lately.

If Ben plays then we have a shot without him I don't think we have a chance...

Landry could throw for 500 yards and 6 TD's and you'd still say he sucks.

There's no reason he can't play a good game against the Rats, this isn't Baltimore of 4 years ago. NE is much better than the Rats and he did well against them.

Not a must win standings wise....but it's time to start separating the contenders from the pretenders...and with a healthy enough to play Ben I know what side we better end up on. A 50% Ben might be better than a 100% Landry...but either way we need to find a way to win...defense ,special teams,luck......something. Not many what should be wins left on the schedule ....I know it's divisional....don't care! We are better, period....prove it.

If the defense doesn't get to Flacco, then the offense will find itself in a shootout. At that point, the hope for the game rests on the O-Line. I do think the Steelers can manage this worst case scenario, but it will be tricky. And it will probably go down to the wire.

Ramon Foster kind of throws Tomlin under the bus here...

Where did you read that? Tomlin said yesterday that no decision has been made on Green yet.

There's one guy in charge of getting them ready to play every week.

Right. But in those snippets he's not talking about preparation, so much as mentality in the game. It could be read as a swipe at Tomlin... but equally could be a swipe at any player who isn't answering aggression with aggression on the field.

For me, throwing Tomlin under the bus would be him saying they completely didn't expect the Ravens game plan, or hadn't focused enough on play x y and z in practice.
