I'm shocked that we are #5 among 32 teams with the most arrests.
Have people who go to the games noticed the number of fights and violence?

I'm sure in some way Tomlin is to blame.

This is clearly the bunk. The Raiders would be at LEAST 100%. Lol!

Prime time TV has something to do with it. 1 o'clock games and fans aren't bad. 4 o'clock games and fans are pretty drunk and troublesome. Night games can be bad. My wife won't even go to night games anymore for this reason.

Plus, part of it is what teams find acceptable? Maybe the Rooney's put up with less crap. Look at Chicago. I'm guessing as long as you kill less than 3 people, you don't get arrested?

I'd be curious to see the data they compiled. What are these arrests for exactly? I highly doubt they're strictly violent offenses.

I'm not sure how violent, violent is? I guess it's mostly drunks fighting?

it didn't say steelers fans were arrested. i'm going to assume it was visiting fans that caused the trouble and were arrested. see now that makes it all better. :smiley1:;)

I think the puzzling one is San Diego. Seriously? I mean, how can so many people be ornery when it's sunny and 75 degrees every day? And, it's not like the Chargers are the Browns...

most of it stems from the prices they charge. thats the crime. i mean them must not be chicken wings but bald eagle wings at those prices and the hot dogs, that must be from prime rib and spiral cut ham instead of a-holes and lips. LOL:lolol:

This can't be true if the Eagles are not on the list.
They put a court in the stadium.

I've been to several games there. The only time there was any hint of violence was against Philly the year we won XL. That game was a night game.

Cincinnati... now those are some trashy fans. We were concerned for our safety and saw other fans with bloody noses etc.

All Tomlin's fault clearly. What a waste of coaching talent and ability. Here is why.

    Cannot prepare his his team

    Does not discipline players

    Cannot draw up good gameplans.

Cannot put his players in a position to succeed.

    Cannot draft.

    Cannot find free agents.

And most importantly. Not enough emotion.

What a disgrace of a coach.

Should have chosen Bruce Arians when we had the chance.... :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:

I wish our defense would get in on the action. Instead they seem to be the weekly victims. LOL!

During AFCCG against Ravens fights were breaking out all over the 500 section.

I agree night games give people more time to drink beforehand plays a big role in it.

You're partly right. It's mostly Raiders fans but, like Steeler, Bronco, Chiefs, Cowboy fans, they're already here!

Giants and Jets surprised me. PSL's price out the average blue collar, raw raw type fans.

Are there large amounts of visiting fans at Heinz field?

No. It's still hard to get tickets. Baltimore fans make a small presence. I was surprised at the number of Patriots fans last week.

I had to miss a game once and got the great idea to sell my Steelers/Ravens tickets on eBay. Apparently 2 guys in purple jerseys showed up. The following week I got my butt chewed out by everyone sitting around me and the seat attendant. I never did that again.

The arrest numbers probably go up whenever the Raiders come to San Diego.

Ha! I was just going to post that the only crime I've seen is our pass defense.

It's ridiculous and you wonder why avg people can't
go to a game anymore where you will easily have 500 for 2 people..
    Thats a pretty expensive date.
