Yes line was great at protecting, had Ben had that kind of time, he would have had a big day, At least one would think.

That TD pick was early in the 1st quarter, he connected with DHB for a TD in the 2nd, and threw for another TD complete but it was called back for a holding call, he threw for 281 yards with 1 pick, all in all not bad for his first start this year, if this team didnt commit 10 penalties at critical times the complexion of this game would have been better, add in belichick had running the football a top priority and who wouldnt after seeing we gave up over 200 yards rushing in our last game, and we didnt dissapoint him giving up 144 yards rushing once again, this was a all hands on deck game, for some reason all hands didnt show up....

the DB was underneath for most of the route. Jones definitely underthrew that.

You would think, but Ben does have the tendency to hang onto the ball and try to hit the big play downfield more often than he should at times. But that's what makes Ben one of the most exciting, yet maddening, quarterbacks in the league. From what I saw of Landry Jones yesterday, he was getting rid of the ball quickly and checking it down when it didn't appear the downfield throw was there. Not taking anything away from a good performance, but that can make an OL look pretty good.

That int was early in the 1st quarter but it was still crucial to the outcome of the game because it was a 14 point swing, New England drove down and scored a TD.

Or the int in the endzone, 2 missed FGs, and not scoring TDs when they got in the redzone also the poor tackling in the run game is why they lost.
