I'm always consistent.. Don't lump me in with the knee jerks... Gimme games are what they are, and yeah I know nothing is guaranteed... And half the post was sarcastic although what I've seen consistently against teams that regardless of the any given Sunday scenario is that there are inferior teams that we give a boost a helluva lot more than we should. Yeah I've watched decades of football and this team is the most Jekyll and Hyde I've ever witnessed on all sides of the ball and in situational aspects.

I don't care what Hines says... I don't care what any of them say. People need to be reigned in time to time and there needs to be some discipline here and there. And when people are dropping like flies, somebody ought to yank their bread and butter players regardless of wether they like it or not.

Not just today's game, based off of many games.

You're right, I don't know for certain. I just read and hear like you said. What I'm seeing is half brained coaching and half brained players and its in every game W or L. And it's really annoying, especially coming from a team with such consistency history wise.

Maybe it's the thought of job security? Idk but something needs to give

...and Seattle gave up over 200 yards of offense in the 3rd alone to Atlanta. Way to go, Butler/Tomlin!!

There is a coaching issue... not a fire able offense by no means, not calling for anyone's head. But these coaches can pick up their game too.

What would you suggest the coaches do when Ben is playing poorly? What would you suggest the coaches do during the game when the defensive players tackle poorly? What should the coaches do during the game when the players are not doing their jobs or executing?

How would you suggest the coaches pick up their games?

When you are rebuilding your defense and due to injuries are starting depth and practice squad players... It's not a coaching issue

When your QB gets dinged up and throws horrible picks... It's not a coaching issue

The reflex to see all losses as coaching issues is bizarre

We got beat today. It's not a coaching issue, it's an NFL result

Tomlin is 5-11 last 16 against teams on the road sub .500. I don't blame him solely for this loss. Butler and Haley called horrible games. But stats like that is why Tomlin will never be an elite coach. But I never thought he was making any important decisions to begin with.

Ben also struggles because he still at this point in his career even though it has proven to be a good thing for him, doesn't like to play small ball. Both this loss and the Eagles loss had guys open for short gains but Ben didn't throw the ball to them. Not to lay all the blame at his feet the coaching staff most definitely didn't prepare to attack the wide 9 in a way that would have taken advantage of a poor Dolphins team. I'm a bit tired of the we gonna do what we do game plan howeer they can do that and still adapt it to fit an opponent that was getting gouged by opponents run game and giving up hell a good yardage to TE's. With some many injuries at WR this should have been a game for TE's to tear apart that Miami defense.

You wish Tonlin sprinkled magic fairy dust on Ricardo Matthews so that he played like Cameron Heyward.

We are a young defense that was playing average at best football, largely driven by winning in situational football and holding for FGs. we lose our far and away best front line defender, and everyone is shocked that our play reflected that.

There's a reason Cameron Heyward is one of the highest paid players on the team. And his loss is compounded by other losses and roster weaknesses behind him.

    He covers up a lot.

Apparently the loss is affecting you greatly... Don't be mean friend, we all have opinions and mine are far from the asinine category you're trying to lump me into. Tough loss... These are consistently the norm. Like it or not, it starts with the coaching staff and talent. I believe we have good coaches, and great talent in some areas. I also believe that our coaches top on down don't always put our guys in the best position to win... You can discredit me if you need too, it's just what I think.

I'm sure your collection of steelers points is bigger than mine or atleast that's what I'd be told anyhow.

Nothing wrong or farce calling out the heads men when their troops look like ****... Before the snake bit injuries occur. It's all a part of the game.
