It is time for a complete change. The inconsistant play is the only thing this is consistant under this coaching staff. Time to move on. Far too much talent on this team to be playing like this.

 

No I never did notice that "threw out" the years. I DID notice him playing hurt about a hundred times though. I guess you must have missed those games.
