Has Bell been practicing with the team or was he exiled? If exiled, I assume he gets to practice this week?

Good point, he's not allowed to be with the team or facility, so no, hasn't been practicing. Wonder if he'll come back week 4 or 5? Didn't they hold him back an extra week last year when he suspension was up?

He hasn't been practicing with the team AFAIK. He's been able to attend team meetings, though.

Why is Bryant exiled and not Bell? Or is Bryant allowed to go to team meetings too?

This news will mean nothing without predicted snap counts.

I believe it was negotiated in the terms of his appeal.

I saw this the other day and figured PWP would start a thread saying that Haley liked Rogers so much that he literally healthily scratched Wheaton to give Rogers more snaps. LOL! The article I read though I think did have a deceptive headline that just mentioned him as a healthy scratch but then when you actually read it it was clear that they just held him out as a little bit more of precaution. I hate click bait headlines like that or another example would be something like "This win means nothing if..." You know just things that are designed to get attention...

I thought a player wasn't allowed to be with the team at all during a suspension. To hear he is able to be around the team and in meetings is such a plus.

I have a quick question for you... He comes back after week 3, so when is he added to the 53 and when does the team have to make a corresponding move to make room for him?

I wonder who gets cut loose for him to return.

My guess would be move Richardson to the PS if he passes waivers and move on of the 6th string running backs there to the unemployment line

I'm thinking this 3 receiver rotation just became a 2 receiver rotation. And Wheaton isn't one of them.

Wheaton returned. No 2 receiver is not his spot anymore.
I think, now on, it will be: AB, Coates, Rogers, Wheaton, Heyward-Bey.

IMHO, he will be back. Just lack of reps.

Hopefully the bench. I never have been a fan. I never will be a fan. He has no chemistry whatsoever with Ben. Literally zero. Ben can hit him in the hands, between the numbers, and all in between and he STILL will find a way to drop it. Wheaton is still the least of our problems though.

I heard he got injured, but thought it wasn't that serious. If it's a broken toe it will be a blowout for this kid. I really hope it's not that serious.

At least, WR depth is not our biggest concern right now.

If it's gonna keep Wheaton on the field more then that is a problem. Wheaton is terrible for this team.
