Color Rush Jersey

They've released an image of what the Jersey will look like. Looks almost identical to the Reebok throwbacks they wore before the bumblebees. I really like the look.

Looks like our 75th anniversary jersey. But no yellow helmets or white pants. I approve. Que the Back in black AC/DC.

 

The bumble bees wouldn't look so bad with those pants

 

Theres nothing that can be done to make those bumble bee barf unis look better, I do like the color rush Uni, it looks good....

Meh, nothing spectacular about them. Would have liked to see the solid color yellow Helmets though. just something to make them pop!

 

They cannot change helmets during the season.. Apparently, that is a safety liability.

I think they missed an opportunity to sell more jerseys...That jersey is identical to ones they already wore and sell in the NFL shop. The pants changed....but no one buys the pants....well except me... I have them.

Really? When did they change that? I think these guys go through several helmets a season. Also, they had the yellow ones for a throwback game before.

I love the idea of black jersey with black pants BUT the jersey looks just like the throwback one that I already own. As long as we beat the Ravens, I don't care what we wear to be honest

Just glad it's in December. Remember that season (early weeks) other teams made us wear our home jerseys in their house because of the heat?

this game might not be too entirely important since we will have locked up HFA and i'm hoping the nail in the ravens coffin

 

It was a rule change two years ago. It thwarted the Bucs plans to do a throwback creamsickle uni complete with helmets. The Bills were able to bipass the rule by having base white helmets and just swap decals.

 

I see. The fitted Helmet thing.

Too bad most do not have properly fitted helmets that keep popping off. Also, when are you expected to change a helmet out? They have to have a limit on how many times they take a hit!

Motorcycle helmets are single shot's, Some bike helmets are multiple impacts as well as skate boarding. To me an O-line guy should be switching every 3-4 games!

 

Might be cool to wear those pants with the away jersey sometime.

 

The Steelers color rush jerseys look cool... but some of the other teams look terrible. There's too many blue teams... and the color rush should be as offensive to the eyes as possible.

All gold/yellow would have been hilarious and ugly as hell for the Steelers. Seattle should be all bright flourescent green. Take lessons from the Oregon Ducks... I've never seen more obnoxious/ visually offensive uniforms than what the Ducks wear.

I see the point about the color rush game. You're going to be watching damn near all black against Raven's purple (with gold in it) in Baltimore. So, basically Ravens colors mirrored. If you're going to make a big deal about "COLOR" rush, At least make the uniforms scream "HEY! LOOK AT ME I'M Bright and Colorful!" an assault at your senses.
