This could be serious, glad Moats was motivated through out the preseason.

Well that means they gotta keep Golson on the 53 so they don't have to choose which one is designated to return.... What does this mean for Ladarius Green? This is bad news for sure

That sucks. Maybe he'll get return designation brought back week 9.
    Steven.

I'd say Bud has more of a chance to make an impact than Golson, so IR Golson for the year and then designate Dupree for return.

I read they expect a midseason return.

You don't need to designate someone this year. Golson could go on IR and still come back at some point if needed. Dupree could also be on IR. Only one can be brought back to active roster though.

My guess is Golson stays on active roster until or unless we need his roster spot. Gilbert is going to need to contribute on some level.

Lets see if concussion Shazier can stay healthy. Might have some serious bust on our hands.

Makes me wonder if he didn't have surgery already? He suffered the injury week one of preseason and they wait til now to fix it? Why not do it 3 weeks ago and have that much more time to get him back? Who knows, but one thing for certain is that's a huge loss for the D. I mean it's not even week one and we are drilled by the injury bug already. Golson now Bud, gonna be a season like last, but I pray we can get to 5-3 or 6-2 through the first half

Yes he does...maybe using him on the left side against what is typically the weaker of the LTs on the line will work better for him although he will be called on to set the edge even more so...I did see him lined up on the left a few times in the preseason....he's playing for a contract so he better show.

That's too bad but it's not like we lost a 20 sack guy, he was still very much a work in progress. The D is shifting, sacks/pressure is coming from the D line, I'd be more concerned losing Tuitt/Heyward long term. And I think gravedigger is going to be a very solid addition as well.

If anything, Harrison will get more playing time and I still think he is our best OLB, especially pass rushing OLB.

Makes sense why they kept so many LB's then. OMG this is terrible!

Seems like there is a bit of a bad trend starting. Hopefully it ends before some serious injuries happen this early in the season. We know we will get our share of injuries lets hope we have them spread out instead of bunched.
