This kid lives out of a suit case he's now been on 6 teams since the 2014 draft which he went undrafted probably due to his draft report:

WEAKNESSES
Lacks ideal height. Arm strength is just functional -- struggles to drive velocity throws on a line. Does not push the ball downfield often and accuracy wanes when he does. Needs a clean pocket to have success -- flustered when his rhythm is broken. Could stand to quicken his eyes. Tends to lock on and force throws into traffic. Slow-footed (not a scramble threat). Lacks ideal intangibles -- judgment, intelligence and preparation should be checked out.

Plus he has an ugly girlfriend.

 

Can we safely now say, that we have 5 QBs on the camp roster but we only have one...

 

Yep..If he is that bad I would rather call Armanti Edwards he has to be better than that read...

Yeah right, Edwards is undersized and not a drop back passer not happening.

 

No it won't happen yet, but he may just make it back to the NFL as a QB ..He does have a very strong arm..Ask Michigan... He can play QB as good as Landry I am sure of that...He did throw for over 10 k yards and had a 154.o College career rating, so he may not be tall enough, but he can throw the Football...

 

Tebow was great in college also just saying.

 

Yes he was, but he threw 2 routes which he torched the Steelers with those 2 routes ,Armanti is a much better passer than Tebow he threw a lot of different routes ..Had he been taller he would be a good bu in the NFL at least ...Plus Tim is a FB type QB and Armanti is fast and mobile ,,no way was Tim going to be able to run QB power in the NFL ,however a lot of Teams are running spread which Armanti can run..

 

I am more intrigued about Antoine Everett.


Has the body of a throwback guard.. but nimble enough to play all three interior positions. Would not mind stashing this guy on the PS if he does well.

 

That whole post just made me think of moneyball and that table full of old men discussing potential ballplayers and one guy goes he has an ugly girlfriend means he lacks confidence

 

How many snaps has Armanti taken at QB in the NFL? He's too small forget about it.

 

The Steelers should've signed Christian Ponder who was available earlier this week, he has experience as a starter. I don't see Renner sticking around that long.

Ponder did a fine job in his 1st game back with the niners against the broncos last night he went 7 of 8 for 86 yards and a TD then he scored another TD on a 22 yard run, will see if it was fluke in the next game, but not bad for a guy to come in cold off the street and out play the other 2 QBs....I'm going to be open minded on Renner, he has been around enough teams to have had something rub off, he just might surprise us in these last two games, god knows we need someone to look like a QB behind Ben...
